From my initial quote I was impressed with Legacy. On the day of the move, Mark and Q were incredible. Great communication, on time, polite, efficient, professional, worked hard, took care of my stuff and finished early. Highly recommend Legacy, but specifically Mark and Q.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did an incredibly, horrible job moving for us. The lack of respect for other people’s property is appalling. Imagine someone took all of your belongings and threw it in your garage. Boxes upside down/on their sides and no sort of stacking or things were stacked on boxes clearly labeled “nothing on top.” That is what they did. No regard or care at all. They didn’t put it in there in a nice, logical order, but just chucked things in there. They also did not take all the items that were listed on our quoted saying they didn’t have room or that they were not listed, but we have the quote to prove it. The reason they didn’t have room was because they did not pack the truck properly. All of our stuff 100% would have fit if they had packed the truck right. In addition, they also broke and damaged several items including our bed and a weight rack that was made by my husband and a close friend. They put a heavy safe on top of a plastic bin as if that makes any sense. They also damaged our door frame and scratched our floor. They did not wrap a lot of items to protect them, and they also used (and did not return) our furniture plastic wrap wvxuv is another issue it self. Then to top it all off the owner called us the Monday asking for more money saying that they didn’t charge us enough. When we told him what happened he completely disregarded everything, stating that they wouldn’t have done that, and that they are professionals. He also refused to let us send him pictures of the poor job that was done and the damages to our belongs and our brand new home. The complete disregard and disrespect from both the owner and the employees makes me sad. He did not offer any sort of reasonable resolution whatsoever. He did offer to send a handy man in to repair some items and offered to send another team at a discount to get the remaining items. But that is not enough to rectify the wrong done. We shouldn’t have to pay more money for a job that should have already been completed. Do not use this company. They are just money hungry and do not have any sort of customer service skills.

They are being kind of stubborn to make it right. They don't really secure your things. If you use them make sure to pack your things securely because they won't do that. They lost my bed frame. They had to reschedule even though I paid them early, they called me twice to reschedule as they were fully booked.

All the guys were great! Super friendly, efficient, and took great care of our stuff. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using their services in the future.

Fantastic! James, Dante, Avery and Quintin were amazingly fast and careful. They all had such a great attitude that they actually made moving fun. Highly Recommend them!!

The guys with Legacy Moving were incredible. They were respectful, incredibly efficient, and took the utmost care of all our furniture and boxes. Most impressive was their handling of my Baby Grand Piano. Last time I moved we hired "professional piano movers" to take care of the grand piano which ended up falling over a month later because they failed to attach the back leg properly! I figured nothing worse could happen to this priceless treasure and so asked Legacy to take care of it. They handled it with care and expertise, did everything by the book, and as a result, it's even still in tune after the move (extra bonus)! Thank you to Legacy Moving and to Andy for being an exceptional person to work with and take care of my moving day anxieties.

These guys hustle! Unloaded my 14x16 storage unit in 1.5 hours.. all the furniture was carefully wrapped. Love supporting local and would hire them again! Andrew communicated with me the whole time and was friendly and professional. The rest of the crew all had great attitudes you can tell they are take care of by ownership!

We have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past, but Legacy Moving Denver was amazing. James and Brad were awesome as our assigned movers! They were timely, communicative, and friendly. We were on a strict budget, and they worked with us within the time frame we needed. I highly recommend Legacy Movers Denver for all of your moving needs. 5/5 stars!
