Very responsive to our initial request for a quote. Although we did not immediately act on it, we engaged Legacy Home Improvements a few months later, when ready, to replace our roof. Our contact, Mark White, was always available for consultation and questions and walked us through the simple finance process. The crew arrived exactly on time and finished our multi-gabled roof in just ONE day. Although the yard area during replacement was quite a mess, it was left perfectly clean at completion - they even cleared out the gutters as part of the cleanup. This was especially important to us as we were listing the house for sale in the following week. The selection of roofing materials offered allowed for us to pick a great looking mid-range product that also meet our HOA standards. Our roof went from an eyesore to eye candy - Great experience with Legacy Home Improvements!

Legacy Home Improvements replaced my roof in December 2015. Their work was excellent and I would hire them again. The latter point is the highest compliment I offer. Engaging a contractor and working through a project can sometimes be a frustrating process. That was not the case with Legacy. From the moment I met him Legacy owner Mark White struck me as a trustworthy guy – the kind of guy I want to hire. Mark was highly responsive and completely straightforward. I did obtain multiple bids for my roof project. Legacy provided the first bid and also the lowest bid. Mark’s communication was very good. A December roof replacement can be a moving target. As weather forced us to postpone the original date Mark communicated changes timely. Additionally, my roof replacement was done in connection with fixing a long-running leak and involved an electrician and an HVAC company. Mark coordinated will with those contractors – he cared about my entire roof project, not just ‘his portion’ of the project.
