 + -1 moreLaurie is an honest professional. I hate to say this, but a number of residential real estate agents are not professional or honest. Laurie is honest. She would rather NOT have a listing or NOT work with a buyer if she is not in concert with the buyer or seller. frequently Realtors are blamed for not being honest, but fequently it is the seller or buyer not being honest with themselves. Laurie will tell you the truth. She's a charming a delightful person who is not full of herself. If you are looking to buy or sell in SE Denver, Laurie should be strongly considered. If you are looking to buy near Wash Park/Bonnie Brae/Southern Hills/Capital hill --- you would be stupid not to hire her. She and her team are great!
Description of Work: Laurie Erb told me she could not sell my house at the price I wanted (desired/needed). However, she gave me instructions on how to list the house on my own and market it for sale. I respected and appreciated her honesty toward my unrealistic expectations, and her help on marketing the house for sale. She was right. It did not sell becasue it was not priced or marketed correctly. I hired Laurie because she had the honestly and courage to tell me I was unrealistic in my expectations for a sales price. After hiring her, she made my life simple. Laurie helped me stage the house and her staff handled the closing without a hitch. There are some Realtors that talk a big game (e.g. Janet Kritzer), but they are not as bright or honest in their approach to selling homes. Lauire is outstanding. She won't serve you with a line of nonsense to get your listing, she will also not serve you with the fear stories of what you must do to sell your howm. Laurie gets it. She's professional and honest. Don't make a mistake, use Laurie Erb.

 + -1 moreShe is really well known around here. She has a couple people who work with her as a team. They really listened to what I wanted, and payed attention to my reactions to houses. They gave me a lot of advice. they steered me away from things that I might have thought I liked, and they were able to pin point why I wouldn't be happy there. They were able to help me find things, and evaluate things. they were really great about taking me around to see a lot of property. they were really good at explaining to me how the market was. I felt like they gave me lots of information that I needed, and helped me to kind of make sense of it. They were very patient, and willing to take as long as it took. It was more like dealing with a friend. I really felt like they had very much got to know me and were on my side. It was much more than what i would expect just a professional person who was performing a service.
