Lane Gardens

Description of Work: They're master gardeners. She created and designed my whole English garden in my yard, its about an acre. They also maintain it and change out things. They also keep an eye on everything such as checking on the sprinklers, trees, etc.

Description of Work: Exterior Christmas decorations including plantings, wreaths, and seasonal pots.

Description of Work: I was having a wedding in my back yard. She planted flowers for the occasion.

Description of Work: An excellent, conscientious and reasonable priced service. We have used Lane Gardens at two locations, and it fine work, is reliable and on time.

Description of Work: Went through all my plants and trimmed, pruned, fertilize, insect control and weeded as needed.

Description of Work: Lane Gardens has been very helpful in helping us to get our landscape back on track. We have a lot of beds and are continuously working to reduce the amount of water that we use, as well as maintain an mostly organic (almost no artificial chemicals) environment on our property. Lane Gardens stepped right in. We had not been able to maintain our landscape as well as we wanted over the past two years due to time constraints. Portions had become over grown while other areas were dying out. Lane Gardens' team has done a wonderful job getting the clean up under way, while still providing appropriate and natural care for our plants. For example, they carefully hand pruned our huge wall of antique roses, rather than taking a hedge trimmer to them. They very carefully weed around desirably plants and have done some hard work taking out weed shrubs. They started with an intensive one-day to get a solid foothold; now they are coming back each week. Every week, our landscape looks more robust, tidier and healthier. We expect to continue working with them (they also work with arborists, help with bed irrigation, etc.) and they will help us do some planning, soil prep and planting next year of both flower beds and vegetable gardens.

Description of Work: these people were wonderful. They knew what to do and promptly did so. They are very knowledgeable in the garden. They were exactly what I was looking for and needed.

Description of Work: Alison Lane and her team have provided landscaping and gardening services for us for several years now. She is very knowledgeable about local horticulture and has done a creative and attractive job with design and execution of the flowers/plants/shrubs in our yard. She also provides regular maintenance services, which are invaluable.

Description of Work: Planned a xeric front yard, consulted with us on the requirements and design. Sent photos of plants to us. She then had her crew de-weed the lot, install topsoil, plant the xeric plants then gravel the spaces between them as specified.
