Work is always complete and thorough. At one time he had an assistant and prices were lower when "unskilled" (his term) help was a part of the job. But KC alone is relatively high-priced at about $55 an hour. Plus, now he's added a "Trip Charge" which I find excessive. But it beats chasing around looking for un-tested lawn companies when I know KC's work will be professional and fast.

I contacted K.C. to come out and give me a bid on the removal of a large tree between my yard and the neighbor's yard. He showed up about 11:30 Saturday morning. We had spoken numerous times over the phone to discuss the job. I had told him a number of times that the fence would also have to come down along with the tree. K.C. said that would not be a problem and that he would cut that entire length of fence down along with the tree and haul it all away together. My written estimate says he was going to just cut down the section of fence that was in front of the tree, I was very specific on wanting the entire length of fence taken down as well so I did not honestly notice that the written quote just referenced the section of fence. When I saw K.C. at my house Saturday afternoon, I told him that I had to leave at 1:30 and I wasn't sure if I should pay him first or if I should have him come back. I was very hesitant about paying him prior to my approving the work, but I trusted the fact he was going to go what we had discussed, so I left a check for the total amount and left. At around 4pm, my neighbor starts calling me asking why the fence wasn't taken down. I tried calling K.C. a number of times and also sent a text. At 8pm, K.C. finally responded saying that the proposal said just the section of fence was to be taken down. I was very disappointed that he did not follow through with what we had agreed upon verbally. I don't have anything in writing, so now I have a fence that cannot be used and I guess my neighbor and I will have to take it down and dispose of it ourselves. This is what I get for trusting this guy, I thought about stopping the check, but that is not the kind of person that I am. He won't be in business long, if that is how he runs things. -Not a man of his word-unfortunately.

KC, who owns the company and does the work is great. I have used his services for a few years and he has always been great to deal with. He shows up when he says he will and does pretty much anything to do with landscaping, yard cleaning, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, weeding.You won't be disappointed. It is increasingly hard to find honest, reliable and competent people to help with outside chores and KC is one of those people!I would not hesitate contract with him for any of our outside maintenance needs.

K.C. does a great job! He's in demand, so its hard to get on his schedule, but its worth the wait. His work and advice turned my lawn from the brownest one in the neighborhood to the greenest one. He communicates well, is punctual and he professionally goes about getting things done in a timely manner, which allows me to go to work and not worry about supervising. He hired a climber to take care of the hard to reach dead branches. He hauled off all the dead wood, the stumps are all gone, and he raked and cleaned up leaving my yard looking better than ever.

It was great! They were very thorough and they did a great job.

"KC" came and gave estimate via email, outlined how he worked, how we'd be billed, we told him what we needed, he came when he said, and still comes regularly to do snow and ice removal. Very reliable and always communicates with us via email. Thank you.

I’ve used them for a few years. They’re excellent. He does a good job. He cleans it out with the hoses afterwards. He’s there when he says he’ll be which is a big thing. I just think he’s reliable and that’s a big plus. He’s comparable from other people from what I’ve seen.

We had a very large, overgrown Ash tree in our front yard. Branches were hanging over the sidewalk, over our roof, over the neighbor's roof. There were several dead branches. I don't know when was the last time this tree was attended to - at least 8 years ago. They were open to hearing what we wanted, while gently educating us on what was actually good for the tree. Then they were thorough in doing the job. The tree looks beautiful again. And it was a nice touch to have them not just pick up all the debris they created, but to also carefully rake all the leaves off the yard from the previous week as well. It was a reasonable price for the job. It took about 5 hours with two people.

KC is great. He shows up (!), answers his phone and does his job exactly the way it's supposed to be. Great guy!

It went well. He came out during the timeframe that he said he would. He completed the work as expected and everything was fine. It was good.

Arrived when scheduled, job completed promptly. No problems at all.

They were to aerate my lawn but couldn't because the machine they use was too big to get through the gate into my backyard. So rather than take my money and run he suggested that I find a provider that had a smaller aerating machine. The honesty is much appreciated.

He was very quick and gave me the deepest cores I've ever seen. When I spoke to him he told me to water the night before he came (which is more than any other company has ever done so I didn't realize they were ok with that) and as a result, some of the cores were 3 inches deep! Most were closer to an inch and a half but still deeper than the quarter inch I usually get. I spoke to him Saturday and he showed up Sunday. He's very punctual and gets the job done quickly. He even stayed a few minutes to chat with me about a tree I was worried about that was recently trimmed.

Very professional and punctual. I plan on using them again in the fall.

I called and left a message for service and received a call back the next day. We scheduled a day and KC said he'd call with a time on the day of service. KC called to let me know he was on his way on the expected day and when he arrived he was friendly and professional. He gave me his business card and I noticed that he does a number of other outdoor services. We talked about the lawn and I requested that he give me an estimate to replace some sod. He was able to provide that information before he left. Our yard is small, so it didn't take long for him to aerate. He did a good job and made sure the sidewalks/drive was clean before he left.

He did an professional job with both and he was very helpful in explaining the process. I would use him again.

Went well, lawn aeration was completed and no sprinkler heads were damaged (I had marked them with flags beforehand).

I had the yard aerated and they showed up on time and did a great job for $10 off their normal price, because I paid through Angie's List. My neighbor asked them to do his yard and they gladly complied and were still done with both yards in about 30 minutes! I will be calling them again next year for sure.

He worked out well. He was a nice guy and easy to work with.

KC answered his phone right away when I called, discussed items I was concerned with and wondering if I needed to do and actually recommend I not add an additional service because it wasn't necesary for the season and the other treatments would really address what I was concerned about. I explained my limited schedule and KC was able to schedule the appointment for the coming Sunday. The job was done quickly and it looks great! I would use this company again and will at our new house.

We love those guys. They are dependable. He says what he is going to do and does that, and he shows up when he says he is going to show up. I would definitely recommend them.
