Excellent workers!! Professional! Very pleased

This was the second time we had them clean. The first time was perfect....dusted, vacuumed, and the overall experience was very good. This time, not so. Pictures on the walls were left askew, and in general, wherever items on shelves had once been set, they were moved without any concern for putting things back in their places. Then there was the clutter on kitchen counters, around the bathroom vanities, and shower products. None of which showed any signs that the areas had been cleaned because all of those items were left in the same mess. Now all this could have been resolved with them taking at least some responsibility for the poor job. But, though I contacted them to voice my displeasure the same day, I was not responded to promptly. In fact, it wasn’t until my third email that I got a response. And, then, what I received was excuses. I’m only writing now because today I received an email that once again neglected to acknowledge any concern for my displeasure. I told them I didn’t understand how they could charge the same amount they charged for the fist “first full whole house cleaning”. Their excuses did not hold water. Saying they don’t put things back in their places and yet leaving clutter as it is is perplexing. I am disappointed that this company that I had originally wanted to use as my go to resource is no longer thought of the same way.

They were prompt and very professional. There were just a few places that were overlooked and not cleaned very well, but overall we were happy with Kep Klen.

Kep Klen sent a crew of three to do the deep clean plus Rafaela appeared to talk to the team. Just had them again for an upkeep cleaning which went very quickly, very thorough. I highly recommend this company.

I spoke to the husband of this cleaning team. He informed me they were in the process of moving offices and asked if I would email his wife. I did and I never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing

The service was excellent. My home was never that clean. I had a housecleaner for 6 years, I wish I had found Kepclean years ago. I recommend them.

Very happy with the service I received today! A little less than 4 hours (multiple people equate to "up to 8 hours") and my main floor and second story were spruced right up! Advice for others, be sure to clear surfaces and pick up prior to your cleaning so you leave enough time for dusting, wiping down appliances, and sweeping and mopping. Will DEFINATELY hire again!!

Overall it went extremely well. My biggest disappointment was that our time changed for the day of our service and we weren't notified because for some reason "the automatic emails didn't go out for some reason on Saturday". We were very disappointed this happened as my roommate took time off work to be home for this. We did contact the company and they made amends by offering a discount on the cleaning, which we greatly appreciated. They were extremely quick but very thorough and the house looked wonderful after they finished cleaning. I do wish they had taken off their shoes on the carpet, or at least wore booties, as we had the carpets cleaned a few days before the date of service. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again should I ever be in need.

Thorough and swift job. They attended to details I might have not! Thank you so much! You aided an old man coming home from the hospital who due to illness had not been able to take care of his home in nearly a year. It looks spectacular. Thank you for helping me help him.

First time was great. Second time they didn't schedule me when they said they would. After several emails and a phone call I got on the schedule. They said they would come at a specific time (1 hr window) but came 2 hrs early when I was not home. Had to make more phone calls. Third time they said they would be there at 12:30. Babies nap is at 1. At 1 they still weren't there. By the time they got there, babies were napping and the babies room never did get cleaned. They deducted some money from the bill, but I would have rather had them on time and a clean room. The last two times they also did not notify me of my cleaning time until i contacted them the day before and asked. Considering another service. The work is good, but it would be nice not to have to hassle with them every 2 weeks over when are they coming!

This is a reliable cleaning service. When one of the cleaners accidentally broke a piece of pottery that was sitting on the coffee table, she immediately informed me and apologized. (It was something that a little glue took care of.) They do a generally good job and often find spots that haven't been cleaned for a while and take care of them. On the other hand, I sometimes find spots they have missed, but find it hard to communicate this to the crew, because they are in and out so fast. Also, my Spanish isn't very good. Rafaela, who gives the estimates and oversees the work, is always responsive if I talk to her. Kep Klen is better than the service I had previously.

Kep Klen sent three cleaners, who spend 2-12 hours working and did a spectacularly good job. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the wood floors and stair railings. I've signed up to have regular twice-a-month cleaning services to keep clean all year long!

They were able to help out at a totally fair price, and our experience with them has been wonderful in the few months they have worked for us so far. We loved them so much, and the price was so fair, we have them come every week.

After the house was cleaned, it smelled as if rags that had not been washed in a while we're used. A bad mildew smell lingered for about a week afterwards.

Did a great job! Better than I had hoped for! Will use again!

We agreed on 2 cleaners for 2 hours to perform a deep clean of a condo we were moving out of. They were about an hour and a half late, but communicated to us ahead of time that there would be a delay. In the end, 3 cleaners showed up for the job (FYI - this caused the invoice price to jump up quite a lot after the services were performed - after some back and forth with the owner, this issue was resolved). Overall, the crew did a good job of cleaning the place in the time allotted. The crew was kind and professional. If you are going to work with this company, be sure you clearly lay out the services and pricing expectations ahead of time to avoid a shock at the end.

They arrived on time, were very friendly, got to work immediately. They did an excellent job.

They repeatedly scheduled me for days/times I did not request. They did 6 hours of cleaning, said they'd come back another time for the remaining 2 hours. They did not clean in the corners of the rooms. They did not clean under furniture (even when there was plenty of room to insert a vacuum/mop underneath). They did not clean dust webs near the ceilings. They did not return calls asking to schedule the additional 2 hours. They did not return email and telephone requests for a 25% refund for the work not performed. I found this company extremely unprofessional. I would warn Angie's List members not to use them! And I still want a 25% refund for the work not performed!

They did a good job cleaning, but used some kind of cleaner that made our hardwood floors oily and slippery. Would have been happier if they used something else

Great! They all three worked hard and fast. They did some extra things I wasn't even expecting.

Other than being 45 minutes late without a phone call, the crew of two more than made up for it by making 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms look brand new in 2 hours. I would highly recommend.

It was average compared to other cleanings we have had done. We have since found a private housecleaner.

Good company, would definitely use again. Bought an Angie's deal, quickly heard back from the company, and got scheduled very soon. Communication was good between myself and the rep from KepKlen. Always responded to my emails, and confirmed the appointment. Cleaners did a good job.
