+ -1 moreI called on May 18 and the man I spoke to said someone would call me back on Monday the 21st. Today is Thursday the 24th and still no call back. To me, this is an example of unprofessionalism. A simple call back is common courtesy. I have moved on and called someone else. Unfortunately, I cannot give this company any kind of good rating.
Description of Work: No services were performed because they never called me back.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY WHICH DID THIS REPAIR DID A THOROUGH AND EXCELLENT JOB. THE STREET NO LONGER IS FLOODED FROM THE DRAINAGE AND THE PIPE HAS BEEN WELDED TO FIT NATURALLY AS AN EXTENSION.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A PIPE WHICH NEEDED TO BE LARGER -- THE PIPE WHICH EMPTIES INTO THE STREET AND DOWN THE HILL.
