It went incredibly well! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. With the market the way it is today, we were frustrated with the lack of homes available in our price range. The ones we were finding on our own were not at all appealing. Kelly said "We're going to find you a home you love," and she did. We felt she really took into consideration our lifestyle, personalities, etc. when suggesting neighborhoods that would work for us. This thoughtfulness made us really think about things we hadn't considered when our home buying process first started. She is also extremely knowledgeable about thetowns and neighborhoods and gave us a little background about each one as it came up. When it came down to making an offer and negotiating the sale, we felt extremely confident with Kelly on our side. We were in a renting situation and we needed the earliest possible closing date. Suddenly, the lender told me they'd be delaying the closing. I tried to push them to speed up the process without success. Kelly made a phone call on our behalf and before we knew it we were back on track. We have referred friends to Kelly and will be more than happy to pass on her contact information whenever the opportunity arises.
