Ron, Jesus, and the rest of the KCA team installed a new furnace, coil, and condensate pump after our 1960 air handling unit for our AC died last month. Ron's advice to sacrifice the old compressor/condenser and install a new furnace (as an air handler) saved us a substantial amount of money compared to competing companies that recommended replacing the full system. (Note to homeowners - get the full facts on R-22 vs. 410 from qualified AC contractors before being scared into a new system.) We chose KCA on Ron's recommendation of installing a furnace vs. a new air handling unit since the furnace will provide us an option for heat in the winter as well as other options for clean air/humidifier in our home. The crew showed up right on time, were clean, and couldn't have been easier to work with. All of the work was completed on-time and most importantly, on budget. Plus, when we needed KCA to make a minor adjustment to the condensate pump after the work was completed, they responded promptly and fixed the problem within 24 hours. I recommend Ron and his team given their professional, friendly, and experience with AC's, as well as the non "BS" approach you tend to receive from larger outfits that send a hands-off salesmen first and an unexperienced crew next to complete the job. We appreciate KCA's helpful and knowledgeable attitude and we will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

.It went very well... From speaking with Vicky in the office, to Ron arriving on the appointment date with three of his employees... They were all great, they all spoke English very well, and were all very respectful to me and my home. Side note: At time of service, they installed a digital thermostat, which was definitely an upgrade to my old, manually adjustable one. A couple of weeks later I get a call that they will be returning to upgrade my thermostat to a Touch Screen model... at no extra charge. They told me they did some additional research which showed with this one, it will provide me with more efficient use of the system... that gave me the confidence that I went with the right company. I'm so pleased with my new system and staying warm. (what a concept)! Oh, they also offer financing... not many companies offer that, so if it's something you need, I would call Ron @ KCA I have referred all my neighbors and the HOA management company as well... I have a feeling I'll be seeing them around the building a lot!

This is a great company with knowledgeable staff. They are clean, professional, and prompt. Their prices are fair and they spend the extra time to get the job done correctly.

I was very pleased with the products and services I received from KCA. There were some unexpected issues bringing the new installation up to code, but they were resolved very quickly.
