+ -1 moreMark has been incredibly helpful and responsive. All of my calls have been promptly returned. I have a half-done project (left in the lurch by another contractor who did not know how to do the job), and my half-done roof is leaking in the rain. Today he offered to come by over lunch and get it covered in plastic for me, for free. My poor choices in picking a contractor so far left me feeling pretty stupid, actually, and Mark has been very reassuring. So, he's been even more than professional in our dealings so far. He's been kind. I haven't yet picked a contractor for the remaining work. We are still in the bidding phase. But since a previous reviewer gave the company bad marks for not returning a phone call, I thought I would post my experience so far.
