Scheduled when I wanted. Called ahead and arrived on time. Hauled away and were very courteous.

Mike and Jesus showed up right on time, had all of the equipment they needed for the job, and even swept up our patio after loading everything on the truck. Although the price of the actual work was higher than the over-the-phone estimate, that was due to the fact that we underestimated the size of our river-rock pile. In the end, we considered the price for the work to be a fair one. We were so pleased with their work and professionalism that we had them take a look at our hideous monstrosity of a fireplace insert, which we have wanted hauled off since we moved in---but that other junk removal companies wouldn't touch. They said they could do it! We highly recommend this company.

My, how the garbage in our garage piled up. Several years of inattention had given us a garage filled with broken, outgrown kids toys, half-used bags of grout, construction scrap, an old grill, a deck umbrella - oh, and an area rug that smelled of cat urine. We called junkman and they came out within a few hours. They gave us a quote, and even though it seemed we had exceeded our space quota in the truck, didn't raise the price on us. The two guys were quick, competent, and courteous, removing the debris in about a half-hour. Will definitely use these guys again. (They off-handedly remarked that our load would be about $120 in dumping fees. Considering they did the work, the hauling, and provided the truck, I'd say their charge is extremely fair.)

The crew was on time, loaded the trash into the truck and cleaned the surrounding area. It was quick, painless, and much cheaper than I had anticipated. We spoke to Alex on the phone, and he advised us to keep the dirt or try to give it away because it would be very expensive for him to remove due to dump costs. We appreciated Alex and his crews efficiency and professionalism.

I called in the morning and made the appointment in the afternoon. Paul called about 20 minutes before arriving at our house. Price is based on how much of their truck is filled. Paul thought the branches and boards would fill about 3/4 of the truck, which would cost about $400. However Paul and his helper were able to compact the branches, so that out junk only filled 1/3 of the truck, which cost $199. Even though we had agreed to a higher price, it was nice that they did not take advantage of us. They also collected all the leaves and cleaned the area where we had piled all the branches. From the 1st phone call to the end of the job finish, the Junkman were professional, punctual, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely use them again! I've already recommended them to friends.

Alex was easy to talk to and gave me a quote over the phone. This was the second time we've used Junkman and he had all my information saved in the computer. Scheduling was easy and the workers showed up right on time. They were professional and courteous. They loaded all of our stuff with no complaints and left our garage cleaner than before we used it as our junk pile. Their pricing is very competitive and they list their rates on their website. I like how straight forward their pricing is. They were able to give me an accurate quote over the phone, but assured me they would assess the job once on site to see if there was a discrepancy. We tried to find cheaper services on Craigslist, but one guy said he would come and didn't show up or call and others didn't return our calls at all. Junkman is so easy, professional, and affordable - I'd definitely recommend them. If I ever need junk removal services in the future, I'll be calling Junkman for a third time.
