Poorly managed by Ron. Made a contract for pick up at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. At 12:15 no show, I called Ron, he said he thought Steve, the employee working the truck called me, no such call or email, he sad they couldn't get to me until 4 or 4:30! Told him I had other things to do, but I would be here! At around 3 he called, thinking he was calling someone else, told him who I was, he was somewhat flustered, asked if they could change it to 5 or 5:30, I said fine, but I needed the pick up today! Then he said could the make it 6 or 6:30!! The driver, Steve, got here at about 6:20, he was very nice. You would have thought Ron could have made the call, guess he was too busy!! Charged me $100 to pick up a carpet and wooden plank! Very dissatisfied wth the service and timeline!

They were fast, came same day, very courteous

Robert and Steven worked hard from early in the morning to late at night. I will never be able to express my deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to the both of them. The job they did was not only outstanding it was life changing for this old lady. My garage was filled to capacity and that was just one room THEY HAD EIGHT LIKE THAT. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM TEAMED WITH DEEPER COMPASSION FOR THE EDERLY LED TO A JOB WELL Done! I am forever grateful to the both of them for giving this old lady the reason and inspiration to go on and live. God bless them both.
