+ -1 moreOn a Wednesday we made an agreement for pickup the following Monday, 8am. Monday, 8am came and went with no contact. At 10:30am we were told they would look at the schedule to see if Monday was still possible despite the arrangement previously made. At 3:30pm we were told no crew Monday but we could pick the time for Tuesday. We decided on Tuesday, 5pm and that was confirmed. Tuesday, 5pm came and went with no contact. At 5:30pm I tried to contact them with no success. The driver finally called at 6:30pm. The pickup was fine, the driver and his assistant were polite, hard working, and efficient. The management of this company is horrible and has no respect for your time.
