I purchased a Living Social deal for 2 full-home cleaning services. I had to call 3 times in order to speak to someone since they did not return voicemail messages. Once I could speak to someone, it would be a little over a month before they could fit me on the schedule. The date they had available actually worked well for me as it was the day before my family was to arrive for a weekend visit. The day before they were supposed to arrive, they called and said they were not going to show up. Their option for re-scheduling was over 2 weeks away from the original date. When I expressed my irritation over this, I was basically told that I could go back to Living Social to get a refund or to accept what they had to offer in dates because they were very busy. I did get a refund.
