+ -1 moreJo is extremely professional and flexible-- she was willing to show us houses first thing in the morning and late at night (and of course on weekends) in order to accommodate our schedule. She's great at using technology to our convenience and advantage (e.g. e-mail, e-signatures to prevent having to physically meet up every time a new document required our signatures). She's very thorough in her dealings and negotiations on your behalf (e.g. in working with the sellers on the inspection resolution). And, she added wonderful, personal touches such as delivering home-baked cookies to our offices to congratulate us on going under contract on a property, and supplying champagne, decorations, and homemade cupcakes at our closing to celebrate. Oh, and gave us a generous home improvement gift certificate once the house was ours-- perfect!
Description of Work: Jo was our realtor and shepherded us through the process to purchase our first house. We were under contract on one property first that fell through (problems on the seller's end), but the second one worked out great. So with that, we went through two price negotiations, inspection resolution negotiations, etc. with her and she was fighting for us the whole time.
