Description of Work: Paul H came today for the first time. But in the past the company's owner, John, has always come. Their business is in Northglen and we live in Centennial, but they have always arrived within a day (or sooner) from our request. They are the most honest plumbing company I have ever used throughout the 65 years of my life. This was their fourth visit to our home.

Description of Work: I contacted the company via their internet inquiry and had no response back. After a week I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and called them to schedule my estimate. They did not have my internet inquiry information and told me I would need to schedule with the owner. Unfortunately they couldn't locate him at that time so I was put through to voicemail. Still waiting to hear back after 2 days...

Description of Work: Unplugged tub it took all of 5mins. I asked why it cost so much. They said they charge for the trip to my home. This additional charge was not mentioned in their review. They said if I refuse their service I will still have to pay for their cost of coming to my house.

+ 0 moreI spoke with John on the phone to arrange a time for him to inspect and provide an estimate, and we agreed on a window of 10am-12noon on Saturday. He said he'd call half an hour before he would arrive, and he called at 9:45am Saturday morning and arrived at 10:15am. He inspected the pipe and provided an estimate that was exactly in the ballpark of what a friend with plumbing knowledge told me it should be. John said he could do the job right then if I approved. He did a great job with the repair and clean-up. John is extremely professional and polite, and is also very punctual and reasonably priced. He will be my first call in the future and I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member.
Description of Work: We had a leak from the pipe from our house to our sprinkler system controls.

He snaked it out to clear the drain and found two clogs. I would use him again. We had another estimate of $250 for the same work. Thanks John.
