John was great ! Took time to listen to what I wanted and after the work was completed he took me thru and went over everything. He was professional, very clear and straight foward about the cost and I found him to be patient and courteous. He cleaned up spotlessly and the job itself was very neat, very professional. I'm delighted ! Thank you soooooo much !!

Called John to go to rental house to fix shower leak. He called renter and made appoint for next day. He showed up on time, called me with the price, fixed the shower. Renter said professionally done. A little pricy but not unreasonable.

John fixed the drain in the guest room bath. He also got all my sprinkler system going after the winterization. He found a split in one of the irrigation lines, fixed it. Also, part of the grass wasn't receiving any water so he replaced and corrected two sprinkler heads. He made sure that all the irrigation areas were in perfect working order. He was very professional, polite, clean in appearance and respectful of our house/property. I have already recommended him to family and my realtor as a wonderful tradesman to work with in the future. John will be the only plumber I call from now on. Thank you, Angie's List!

Very nice guy. Was disapointed that after kitchen piping was repaired, the kitchen cupboard under the piping was wet. No towels used or bowl to catch the drainage. Also, miscalculated measurement for outside faucet and made a large cut into drywall that wasn't correct. Would love to support him, but now have additional problems to fix. Plumbing adjustment seem okay, but I'm wondering where else there may be sitting water that I can't see. Also, many trips in and out of the house with no worry about tracking in dirt.

John was great. He really took the time to explain what the problem was in a way that was understandable to me and offered me an array of options to fix the problem depending on the amount I had available to spend.

Overall, the experience went well. The drain backup, well, it could've been worse. He cleaned up the mess and told me what to do about the smell. And to top everything off, he re situated the pipes under the sink to make things flow better.

John is a perfectionist and stayed late on a Friday to get the job done. He went the extra mile to make sue everything looks and operates great.

John gave me a competitive estimate compared to other A-rated Angie's List plumbers, and was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all services required. I HIGHLY recommend him to others looking for top-rated and affordable service. He was friendly, clean (always wore booties), and very professional. Got my gas inspection done within a day - passed with ease. Service was so good I just had to leave him a tip for excellence. I'm also calling him back to check on my sprinklers and for overall maintenance procedures on my water heater and furnace.

I visited my rental property to check in on the tenants on a Friday and they showed me the leaky faucet in the tub / bath. It was pretty bad and they never seemed to think much of it. That said, I wanted to get it taken care of right away. I started calling a few plumbers that I found off Angies List and JD was the first. He told me he could be out the next day to take a look. He arrived on time and wasn't bothered by the tenants rambunctious dog. He took a look at the shower and then checked his price guide. He clearly doesn't just make up the prices as he goes (as with other plumbers) but has an actual price book that he references for specific jobs. There was no surcharge for travel or anything like that. After I got the quote, I told him to go ahead. We shut off the water and he was done in about 30 - 45 minutes. He turned the water back on, checked for leaks and that was it. He offered to give me the old parts, but i politely declined. Overall a good experience. I didn't do any shopping around so I don't know if the price i paid is market rate or not. I was happy enough with the speed and quality that I didn't want to sit around and wait for 2 - 3 more quotes for such a small job.

Emailed to set up an estimate, John got back to me right away and was great about rescheduling when I had an ill pet. Gave me an estimate on plumbing for some kitchen renovation, adding a dishwasher line and installing a new gas stove that would also need a new line. We decided to do the plumbing ourselves but did use JD's for the gas line. The work was done super well, clean and just as described. Price was reasonable and John couldn't have been a nicer guy. Fantastic!

Service call went excellent. Very responsive to my needs. Showed up when he promised. Gave a detailed report as to the situation. Informed me of the cost before starting. Finished the work in about 60 minutes. Over all it was wonderful service! Honest hardworking technician. Would recommend JD's Plumbing to anyone.

Installed a water cooler unit in our office condo. It was nicely done. He even did a quick check on the rest of our plumbing since it had not been used in years - above and beyond. We will use again. Thanks!

John was great and very pleasant. He was prompt and professional. He explained what he was doing and also how to maintain the drains for maximum performance. Also, when he began to install the sink, the area was too small and he had no problem cutting the countertop to acommodate the sink. The job took a little over three hours. Overall, working with JD Plumbing was an excellent experience.

JD is very professional and reliable. The first day he came out we had sewage backed up into the shower. I had called several other plumbers before him who either didnt return my calls or wanted to charge exorbitant fees just to come out. JD arrived at my house within a few hours and had the drain rotored for a small charge. We then hired him to come back out a few months later to do a video of the problem. He again was incredibly punctual and professional and in addition to doing the video, cleared the drain again for no additional charge. We'll be having him out again in the spring to lay new pipe. I highly reccomend his services to anyone in need of an outstanding and reasonably priced plumber.

I called JD's early in the morning on October 26th to see if they could come look at my water heater because our pilot light was out and we couldn't get it to light again. John, the owner called me back right away, even before business hours and was able to get us in and be at our house within 45 minutes. John and his associate were extremely professional and helpful. He explained our options and the costs of each - we could try to fix our 8-to-10-year-old water heater which required a part they don't make anymore, for around $250 or we could replace the water heater for around $1200. We decided to try to fix it with the conversion kit ($250). The hot water heater started leaking a few days later (I'm sure it was cracked and the tiniest bit of pressure from the repair caused it to start leaking - I do not blame JD's for this at all, in any way). John came back over to look at it and confirmed that yes, it was cracked. We priced other options and for the service and quality JD's offered we did not find a better deal. Plus, he was kind enough to credit us for the initial labor of installing the conversion kit towards the water heater. We ended up with a quality water heater and he replaced the copper fittings and all the other pieces. He was extremely helpful, honest, genuine, professional, friendly and thorough and we will definitely contact him again the next time we need a plumber.

John gave me a quick estimate over the phone and came over a few hours later. Very nice guy, easy to talk with and discuss the job at hand. He said he was out of the faucet described to me over the phone but would give me one grade up Delta faucet with spray head; very nice Delta faucet at no extra charge. He worked steady, had all the right tools and did a nice job: new faucet with spray head, new supply lines and new shut off valves that turn off with one quarter turn. I think it was better to replace the lines and shut offs instead of just the faucet. John cleaned up bottom of cabinet and left everything clean before he left. Easy guy to work with and nice job. He was here for two hours and made sure the job was right.

wife woke at 5am and started laundry. This backed up shower,which i awoke to overflowing with water and junk. called 1 guy who couldn't make until 2morrow. NG. Called JD Plumbling- he did all the rest- Very happy ending to a bad start
