John and Matt arrived when scheduled, took the time to explain what needed to be done, asked us for input on options for the pipe going outside from the sump pump. They were also able to complete two smaller jobs while here.

I am a home owner sub-contracting out a few projects on my base remodel. Working with J D's Plumbing has made this portion of my project an un-stressful one. . JD was professional, reliable and friendly to work with. He came out at agreed upon time and gave me a fair bid for the work. We set up a date to do the work all went well. My rough plumbing was inspected by the city and as was good. I am already planning on using JD for the fixtures installation after I finish up the flooring and tile work.

He started trying to snake it but, when it didn't feel right he pulled a couple of parts off the tub in order to get a closer look underneath. He found that we had a broken pipe under there. He had to use a flashlight to see. He showed us so we could see as well. He then explained that we were in need of a job that would cost a minimum of $2,500 to fix that. He left after at least an hour and did not charge us! We plan to use him as soon as we can afford to do the work.

We needed some work done to comply with the inspection objection. He was very responsive and came out as quickly as he could, was extremely honest with me and took the time to understand the problems (looked at the inspection report and discussed in detail). I had another company out there before that quoted me hundreds of dollars more. I trust JD's and will definitely use this company again. Hightly recommend.

Excellent. JD arrived when he said he would and went right to work. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and spent extra time acquainting me the care and maintenance of my plumbing system. A week later the pressure valve on my water heater failed and JD came as soon as possible. This time he talked to me about the various things that can happen to equipment and what to do. All in all I found JD to be honest, hardworking, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He has earned my future business.

John was very thorough and conscientious. He explained my options and the cost of each. He recommended AGAINST services he believed to be unnecessary. For example, the kitchen sink drain had been backing up when I ran the dishwasher but, when he checked it out - in several different ways - he could not recreate the problem. So, he recommended that I not have the line roto-rooted. AND the problem has not reoccurred! I will definitely call John for any future plumbing needs!

JD's Plumbing was found in Angie's List and was originally called to relight the old hot water heater. The existing heater relighted but I asked how old it was. The repair person looked up the serial number and the factory indicated it was over 8 years old. JD's carried a suitable heater in the truck and we decided to put it in. I appreciated John taking my call late on a Saturday afternoon and being willing to come out on Sunday morning. Since I am only home on the weekends, it was important for me to get my plumbing problem fixed on the weekend. John gave me a quote and did not exceed it, inspire of some challenges that my sprinkler system provided. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Arrived on time and quoted a price. that was the total cost. Also gave advice and gave estimates for future work on our new home. Gentleman was very professional and friendly and completed the work quickly. Would definitely use them again

I was having a new washing machine installed by a big box store, and one of the old hoses was so corroded they couldn't remove it. They left before finishing the install, telling me I needed to find a plumber to complete the job. I'd been without a washing machine for weeks so I needed it fixed right away. I called around but couldn't find a plumber who would come out that day (most were booked three days out). I finally got in touch with John, who took down all my info and said he'd be right over. He arrived within 30 minutes and completed the work quickly. I'd expected him to charge me some sort of emergency fee as other plumbers have done in the past, but he charged me the minimum service call charge. He was fast, professional and fair. I'll definitely call him the next time I need a plumber.

It was fine. They were prompt and they came out the same day. They were timely in their repair and I thought they were very reasonably priced. I don't have anything to compare their price.

Excellent. John is one of the "real deal" guys who is honest and hardworking, something you don't seem to find anymore these days. Everything works perfectly, he explained all that he had done and why he had done it so that I could understand it myself. In addition, when I explained a situation with our swamp cooler, he offered to go up on the roof and check it out to see what was going on. It was a broiling summer day and he had already worked for over 2 hours, it was late, but he was more than willing to follow through on his offer without charging me anything. He found a solution that would be much cheaper than what our previous technician had suggested for future reference, fixed the current situation by adjusting the pulley and putting the belt back on, all at no charge. Now that's a good guy and a businessman who will build a loyal clientele for his honest practices. Thanks John! We're glad we found you!

He was amazing. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He was there on time and called to let me know he was on his way.

John knew exactly what to do to get our kitchen sink drain unclogged and completed the task in less than an hour. I then had him replace our old, noisy sump pump. He had a new replacement pump on his truck and completed removing the old pump and installing the new one in about an hour. John is a real pro. I have a couple of other plumbing projects on my "to do" list.I definitely plan to call John to do them.

Previous owners put in a plastic pipe with the metal faucet....evidently it failed over the winter and the faucet was broken off the plastic pipe.....he replaced with copper piping and a new hose faucet.....He was the BEST....Very Professional and courteous...He came another problem regarding my sump pump not working....and he called in assistance for me immediately and he waited till the water restoration company got here and made sure they were helping me before he left.....Will keep him as my plumber/sprinklers person on call ....he's that good and pricing is in-line with his services.......YOU WILL LOVE HIM....AND HIS SERVICE

We were very pleased with JD Plumbing's service and would recommend the company to anyone needing plumbing service.

I was extremely impressed. I called because I thought the vacuum breaker for my sprinkler system had frozen over the winter and caused a leak. He checked it, and it turned out that two of the three drains weren't closed (the screws faced the house, so they were easy to miss, and not so easy to turn). He rotated them so they faced out, closed them and tested to make sure nothing leaked. He easily could have charged me a "standard visit" fee plus about half an hours time, but he chose not to charge me, and he consequently gained a customer. He also could have made me feel foolish for having missed turning off some of the drains, but he didn't, for which I was also very grateful. I was very impressed with his responsiveness (he answered the phone, and was able to squeeze us in the same day). He arrived when he said he would, called first, and was just generally easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone needing quick repairs, and I plan on having him bid a larger job as well, so I'll post that as it occurs.

I wish there was a higher grade than an A! I was desperate, I called two plumbers on Angie List and was told by one that they could come out in 5 days and the other 3 weeks. My third call was to JD Plumbing. Initially John, the owner told me he was booked for the day. When I explained to him that I had an emergency, my shower running hot water with the handle turned off, he said he would juggle his schedule and fit me in. He was out 3 hours later and replaced a worn out pressure valve. He was very professional and kind. I am so grateful to him. I HIGHLY recommend JD Plumbing!
