Her appraisal was almost two weeks late. She completely ghosted us during that period of time and almost destroyed our transaction, plus made a ton of extra work for all of us. Then, finally when the appraisal came in it was 15k under our contract price. She was placed on the lender's denial list afterward. This vendor was very unreliable and noncommunicative.
