+ -1 moreINVISIBLE FENCE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ACCESSIBLE. THE BATTERIES ALWAYS ARRIVE BEFORE NEEDED, HAVE ALWAYS WORKED, AND BECAUSE OF THIS SYSTEM, OUR DOG IS SAFE AND SOUND IN HIS OWN BACKYARD.
Description of Work: THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING OUR INVISIBLE DOG FENCE SYSTEM, INCLUDING SERVICE & REPAIR AS NECESSARY, AND BATTERIES UNDER A QUARTERLY BATTERY PLAN.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY WONDERFUL. THEY SCHEDULED US PROMPTLY, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY. WHEN THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED THEY WERE THERE AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ALSO HELPED US TRAIN OUR PETS. THEY LOANED US EQUIPMENT TO DO THIS.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC FENCE INSTALLED ON OUR PROPERTY TO KEEP OUR PETS IN.
