Because of them, I do not have to be there all the time. I always call the manager directly on her cellphone. They provide ongoing services for all my rental properties. They charge me a percentage based on the amount of rent each month. I think their pricing is pretty standard, I do not think it is the cheapest out there, but I think it is pretty normal. They are very responsive. Even though my properties are not near the most expensive properties, but they are very aggressive in getting them rented and making sure that people pay the rent, etc.
Description of Work: I own a bunch of rental properties and I use Investors Realty, LLC, to manage all of my rental properties and they do a phenomenal job.
