Description of Work: Did a great job really nice people.

Description of Work: They did a great job with our hail claim and estimate. They helped us negotiate with insurance company to get what we deserved.

Description of Work: Even eight years after the roofing was replaced due to hail damage and two new 2'x4' skylights and gutters installed (same company, same time) and three years out of workman's warranty (and our not being the original owners), Interstate Roofing honored the original warranty after their quality control team took hold (Steve Caustic, independent inspector, Ron Noonan, Quality Control manager). Although the best roofing system materials were used initially the workmanship was wanting and resulted in leaks and, consequently, rather extensive mold over time. It was evident that the problems predated the end of the workmanship warranty and so they 1) took responsibility and 2) performed extensive repairs to make good on the resulting damage. The two sky lights (often very problematic re. sealing) were removed, repaired, and 2 "squares" (200 sq. ft), all toll, of decking and triple laminate roofing were replaced. And Ron Noonan, and his son, Duke, did all of the work and ensured that absolutely everything fit to a 'T'. It involved extensive work and costs (~$4 - 5K). I say that as a retired physicist and an eye witness to the work as it progressed. So, my hat's off to their owning up to the matter and the work and results.

Description of Work: Farmer's insurance didn't won't cover our hail damage claim even after being cusomers for over 35 years. The roofer worked with them until they agreed to honor our hail damage. It took from June 2012 until October 2012 until the insurance finally covered the job. The roofers kept having to go back to the insurance company get them to recheck their faulty measurments. The quality of the workmanship of the roof and of the shingles is great. They even have supervisers that come and check out the work before they finish. If the roofing company hadn't stood up for us, the insurance would had left us to pay for it, We didn't know how to deal with the situation. We didn't get enough to cover the painting of the house after the hail, but at least we have a great looking roof and gutters. The only problems with the roofers were the promised promptness of getting the work started.They had so many jobs going that they kept canceling the start up of the job. Once they started It, they finished well, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess. They even repaired some miinor damage that occured.
