These guys know how to make a great replacement railing that completely modernized the appearance inside my home. Innovative Restorations was efficient with field fitments and installation, their customer service and communication was top notch throughout the job.

These guys were awesome in every way. They communicated quickly and clearly, provided several bids, sent a guy out to measure and talk about the project first, another set of guys to dryfit the railing before painting and install and then installed it 2 days later. The estimate was on the lower end from what I got from other companies, but I really feel their work was way above what someone else could have done for the price. Thanks!

Very prompt on site visit, quote and nearly immediate delivery. Others were not even close on price or timing. I did more than planned within my budget. Awesome!!!

Great to work with. Paid attention to our needs and had good suggestions (which we used). We needed hand rails for 2 exit/entry steps, plus a fence with lockable gate. The quality of the materials was A+. These items were built, brought out to check “fit” before going back for painting (powder-coated). The installation was professional and timely. Eli was very professional and his attention to detail was impressive. We showed him a drawing of a custom post top we would like and he and his team created it perfectly. The install crew was clean, fast, and did a great job installing our 50 feet of new modern custom railings. Could not be happier, highly recommended.

We had some guard rails, a decorative iron safety gate, and a decorative safety screen installed. The color we chose wasn’t quite right when they were delivered. Eli repainted them a better color for no extra charge. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the crew. They were all very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone for decorative iron work.

Eli was excellent! He came back to measure several times to ensure the most precise fit for my new staircase. The quality of the craftsmanship is great, too. His crew was very quick and did a great job on the install. I would and WILL recommend him to anyone, and I will hire him for another job at some point in the future.

We originally were thinking one idea and were shown an alternative that we like even better for half the price. Eli laid out the timing at the front end of the project and then proceeded to hit the dates exactly as discussed up front. We love the railings, great work by Eli and his team! We would hire them again and recommend them.

Eli is an artist! He did an amazing job completing my iron railings and mill work for the wood posts. He even finished ahead of time and it was during the holidays. I am really happy with my railings!

Eli was very responsive and professional. Melissa responded to my inquiries and questions promptly. We needed a railing for our tri-level home to protect our newly walking one-year-old, and not only does it function as I wanted, it is EXACTLY what I wanted and looks great in the space. Eli even offered to paint the bolts (free of charge) after installation so the blended in. Very happy with the outcome of this project. Will definitely use them again in the future!
