+ -1 moreThe overall experience has been great. Received a follow up correspondence from Daryl checking in on the total roof replacement they did two years ago. Being somewhat familiar with the industry, it’s refreshing to find a local contractor that does amazing work. They were professionally with all aspects of the replacement, the estimate was fair, and premium materials were used. Great job!

The roofers were professional and did a great job and the exterior was left clean. Description of Work: Our initial experience with this company came after a major hailstorm event. Our original contact and project manager, Scott, was great to work with and we ended up recommending In-Ex Designs to our neighbors. Fast forward to this Jan. 2013. We had water coming down through the ceiling in our master bathroom. I called In-Ex multiple times and left messages for several weeks. I finally talked to the owner Terry who immediately wanted to make sure I understood that her warranty period had expired. I tried to explain that was not as much of a concern to me as finding out why it was leaking. After a couple of terse conversations over about 3 weeks she promised to look up my file and get back with me. It is now the end of April and I have never heard back from her and we are now exploring other options.

Description of Work: After many hail storms, the final big storm did damage to most roofs in our area and it needed to be replaced. We got the name from our insurance agent and everything was done to our satisfaction. There was one leak in the skylight and that was taken care of the immediately, even though it was awhile after the initial work. The old shingle roof was removed and replaced with a non-fire material.

+ -1 moreMr Dirr's quote was incredibly detailed and he took significant time to explain the overall process, timelines and even offered guidance in working through the insurance claim process. Materials were delivered exactly when he promised and his crew was always punctual and polite. Roof looks great and the quality of work is obvious. We also liked that In Ex takes no deposits and fully warranties their work.
Description of Work: Full roof replacement on 2-story home. Hail damage.
