I was having trouble with my email not working right and it's still not working right. They told me some times there is a compatibility issues. It took them longer than it said and when I tried to ask questions when I picked it up, the guy who had worked on it got a phone call and went in the back then I never saw him again. Then the owner ushered me out. The owner seemed very nice and professional, but I guess she just didn't know what she was doing.
Description of Work: iComputer IT Support and Computer Service removed the antiviruses software I had on there.

As you can read above, everything was perfect. The refurbished machine had a battery problem which they addressed with a new battery immediately. Just perfect service.
Description of Work: I have been an Angies List member for years and this is my first review. These guys are so good that they make Nordstroms look like slackers. I just can't say enough about how great they are the owner Sun (female) is completely dialed in to customer satisfaction. I ended up taking three computers in for diagnosis and repair and every time is was straight answers and minimal charges. On one of our MacBooks it turned out it was dead so she did not charge me for any of the work on that machine and sold me a reconditioned machine for only $699 which was warranties and looked like new. I had a macbook pro which needed some help and wanted to get it fixed. She wiped the hard drive, reinstalled the software and then sold it for me for no commission. They are fantastic and I just could not recommend them more for repairs and now new computer sales. Really great personal place.
