Mary was very accommodating with scheduling a move out clean. She was very quick with her response time and great communication. Rosa did a good job and I would definitely hire them again.

Luz did a very good and through job cleaning our home. She cleaned all the appliances really well including the glass stove top which i had problem cleaning remove the burnt on food but she made it look like new

It was done okay, it was just mediocre. I did get a special deal for the cleaning.

I bought a Groupon for a whole house cleaning. They did the regular cleaning.

She was great. She has attention to detail. I feel she was very interested in what I needed and then was able to provide it.

They did great. They have excellent service. We use them all the time. I would recommend them.

When the cleaning service came in to clean the (empty and not really dirty) finished basement , I had specifically told them that the carpet was going to be deep cleaned the next day. The job I had asked for was to focus on everything above the carpets (walls,cabinets, bathroom, windows, etc.) When I walked through later that day, the carpets had clearly been the primary focus for the crew. The mirrors and bathroom did look nice, but the window sills had not been touched. There were also still cobwebs near the ceiling . One of the ceiling vents appeared to have been vacuumed, but at least one of them looked like it hadn't been touched (or barely touched with a dry rag). And one of the doors still had fingerprints all over it. I originally scheduled the service for Tuesday and then moved it to Saturday (to accommodate the carpet cleaning, which I made very clear several times). They did not give me a specific time but told me they would text me when they got to the house. After 5 on Saturday, they texted me that they wouldn't make it till Sunday. We prefer not to do business on the Lord's Day, but all right. I requested again that they text or call me WHEN they got to the house. They texted me AFTER they had finished everything (we were at lunch; it was Mother's Day) and asked if I wanted to come check out their work. I told them I couldn't, but to please leave me an invoice at the house. I also asked how much it was. She texted me the amount but never left an invoice.Two weeks later I got a text (from a new number) "reminding" me to pay my bill online or to send them an address or email address to get an invoice. There had never been an invoice submitted up to that time.When we mentioned all of this in an email to them, they took #30 off the original price, which had been $100 plus a $25 additional fee for "move in/move out".

I was not very impressed by this company. Their price is OK compared to many others and they responded quickly. However, I had to call them back TWICE to get this vacant unit clean!!!
