Description of Work: Technician worked very hard but failed to point out that the 8 chairs he was cleaning began to fray with the scrubbing. We would have preferred he notify us as soon as he noticed this happening on the first chair, rather than clean and fray all 8. His solution was irritating: "you could cut the strings off." This would have rendered the chairs unusable as the upholstery pattern would have continued to unravel.

 + -1 moreExcellent work. Bob is very responsive and professional and works hard to make sure the job is done right. I have used him since then for a whole house cleaning.
Description of Work: Dried out and cleaned carpet after flood. Bob came to the house 6 or 7 times during the course of the work and was very attentive.
