Great, fast, affordable work.

High five plumbing does not have a transparent business model. They quoted me $1600 plus shipping for a window mounted swamp cooler. When I received my Discover bill. I was charged $10655.12. They have no itemized receipt. They are in violation of Colorado consumer protection act which demands that business be done in transparent manner in the state of Colorado. If you are considering this company for a project I would look elsewhere. If this problem is not resolve to my satisfaction they will be sued in a court of law for fraud.

Peter Perkins was great! Very efficient and got the water up and running in no time.

David repaired the existing unit which was tremendous help. My son Andrew lives at the address, he has MS and is in bed. He quoted us a new system. we are undecided at this moment.

Great service

The professional temporary fixed an outside spigot leak. When he left, I turned it on, the leak was worse. He provided an estimate on additional work, I wanted to discuss another option (even provided a schematic). Its been over two weeks, never heard back except from someone from customer service. I may need to move on?

requoted on arrival for a $1200 increase in cost. work was not performed according to instructions delivered as a drawing. work took nearly twice as long as indicated by estimator.

I was charged $470 to wipe off a tray. The technician was punctual and professional. I am giving this bad review to High5 and their prices. I was ripped off and then when that was obvious they ?saved? me money by enrolling me in their loyalty program I did not want to be in. Before doing anything, I had to agree to a $580 diagnostics charge. Then when the fix was this easy, they lowered it to $470 for less than a half hour of work. Do not even get me started on the terrible scheduling of this loyalty program.

Peter did a great job, was quick, willing to go pick up a missing part/hose (the one on the product we bought separately wasn’t long enough) and was very friendly.

Very friendly and approachable professionals. They came back within the hour to fix the kitchen drain that was clogged up with black bacteria and flushed it out. And they stayed within the range of the estimate.

Had them come out to fix a leak underneath the sink and upon replacing some pipes they never lined up part of the pipes and I have water damage on my house. Spoke to them to try to resolve the issue and they claimed that they are not responsible for it.

Great company

I needed four relatively small projects done--some caulking, cleaning out the washing machine drain, fixing a leaky faucet in the bathroom, and securing a loose shower drain cover. I was told that High Five does not do caulking so they could not do that work. For the shower drain cover, the plumber said he could not secure the existing cover, which he described as a cheap work-around, and he could not find a good replacement anywhere online, so he proposed a $2200 project to dig out the shower floor, put in some kind of fancier drain, and then we would have to call in a tile company to rebuild the floor at some unknown cost. I turned that down and found a drain cover on my own for $25.00. For the dripping faucet, he said that the parts were corroded and wanted to replace the entire faucet assembly, for $1100 (as the bathroom has two sinks and I would need to get two new assemblies). I ended up just getting the washing machine drain fixed, which ended up costing $800. I had hoped to get all of these projects done for less than $1,000, but certainly not what was being pushed at me.

They were fast, easy, well priced, and got the problem fixed the next day (which is what I wanted).

High 5 was great and fast! We needed to replace the front hose faucet and the did a phenomenal job!
