The plumbers that you have listed are simply attempting to strip the customer with high estimates. I called one of your listed plumbers "High 5 plumbing" which charged me $330 for doing nothing to restore my hot water heater. Not calling any you have listed especially "High 5". High 5 was incredibly thorough, responsive and professional. I will definitely be using them again on future projects.

Having used them in the past, they always did a great job so we called them again for a clogged main sewer line. The tech came out, was very congenial but he put in minimal effort before giving up and telling us he thought our drains had collapsed underground and we would need a camera probe. The camera crew came out, spent far longer under the house than the tech, yet they produced no video evidence, telling us the camera went underwater so they did not bother to record. However they gave us the same diagnosis; our drains have collapsed and proceeded to give us our options, all of which ranged from the $8000.00 to $ 20,000.00 to replace the entire sewer line. Then they offered us a financing plan that I could only describe as loan shark rates, we would have paid back 5x the cash quote had we accepted their offer. I went out the next day, rented a snake from Home Depot and cleared the drain on my first effort. Total cost $59.00 plus 2.5 hours of my time. My wife called them the following week to complain, and although they made some lame excuses for their very poor and shady service I have to give them credit because Hi Five refunded all of our money. Ironic that we started to use Hi Five about 8 years ago because another plumping company had tried a similar scam. I would be willing to pay Hi Five or another company every few years to come out and clear our drain versus $20,000.00 to replace what does not need replacing. We were very disappointed with Hi Five and will not be calling them in the future.

Morgan BBC and Jose were great! They went out of their way to make sure I got the right water heater for my home. They were quick and professional, courteous and friendly.

They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and up front. A little pricey I felt though.
