Said they would at least try and pull out old one. They did not. Was scheduled to show up between 10am and noon. Showed up at 830am. Sat around for 3 hrs waiting for the one tool needed to do job. They put in a membership price. It is just a gimmick. Subscribe and save if you will. Back filling is the worst I have ever seen. We will come back in a year to put more dirt in, that's because they didn't pack it down at all. It's grated so rain will pool at house foundation. Getting them to come back and pack down the massive hump of loose soil took 4 different dates before they ever did. So far I have spent a extra 600 bucks working on what they did to mitigate water pooling and run off going into the house foundation. That doesn't count the sprinkler system I told them where it was that might actually be cheaper to put in a new system then fix all the breaks in it. Daniel was the guy who came out and he was pretty great and straight forward. And is the only reason I hired them in the first place.

I had a few other quotes for the same service and High 5 was the ONLY company not trying to take me for my money. They fixed the main problem without adding extra problems to the fix. Great customer service and super personable employee as well. And of course the Hugh 5 at the end .wraps up rhe experience.

Polite and they explained exactly what they were doing step by step and how pricing worked for each thing.

Called for pressure issue at shower, fixed that and water heater.

Over priced to replace two bolts in a toilet and did not complete the project as invoice stated!

Tech, John, diagnosed a faulty o ring on one facet and the other facet needed to be tightened. Saved me over $ 600 from previous estimates. Impressed with honesty and integrity from High 5 plumbing!

The service gentleman was very nice. They tried to up sell me for a lot of money. They cleaned 2 drains and it cost me almost 500$ if I wasnâ t desperate I would have said no thank you. They did not have to bring in the big auger just used the regular one.

Frozen pipes, they came out, sold me a membership before offering anything else, cut two holes in the drywall, could not unfreeze the pipes, and offered to keep opening up the drywall for another $2K plus, which I turned down. He said he would install vents in the holes in the drywall to repair them, installed neither. So for $800, I am worse off than when I called them. I told them after the technician left that I did not even receive the two covers I paid for, was promised $50 off the next service (not happening) and the technician would follow up. A week later and not a word from them.

They were the first ones available after Christmas. I failed to winterize my irrigation plumbing and cold snap just before Christmas caused a burst in the pipes outside just before the vacuum breaker/backflow preventer. Unfortunately, I also turned out to have an irrigation shut off valve that had become faulty at some point so I had to shut off the main water valve until repairs could be made. High 5 Plumbing was responsive and eager to get someone out to help us. I really appreciated that but their prices are high. I ended up having them install a new irrigation shut off valve so I could turn the main water back on and leave the rest of the repairs for later. I almost had them do more but midway through the repairs they informed me that I'd be looking at another $500 in repairs because they failed to do a simple visual inspection of the components before providing me with estimates. I didn't want to spend $1.5k on plumbing today so I settled for spending $525 and dealing with the rest later.
