After coming home to find that my old water heater had split open, I contacted Home Advisor, and they set me up with High 5 Plumbing. The installer was out within an hour with a new water heater. After removing the old unit, the new unit was found to be partially crushed. Initially it was thought that the install would have to occur the next day, however another water heater was found all the way in North Denver, and the owner brought it down himself. The install was finished, and the job was done right. That is what I call customer service. I highly recommend High 5 Plumbing.

Thank you to everyone at High 5. You solved all of my plumbing problems. And there were many, considering my home's 92 year old pipes and outdated sink and toilet. Levi and David worked up a very fair estimate, and Emily kept me informed throughout the project. Jimmy and Ryan are the best. They met every challenge in a professional, efficient and neat manner. Jimmy surely must be one of the best plumbers in Denver. Thank you again for everything.

Levi was great. Very friendly, made very quick work of replacing our shower cartridges. Thorough testing to make sure everything was working as it should. The cost was well worth the service and having working showers again. We'll use this company again for all our future plumbing issues.

High 5 plumber James installed a new kitchen faucet and connected dishwasher, along with installing all shut off valves, disposal, and drain hook ups under sink for our remodel. James was professional, courteous, communicative, and competent. He took the time necessary to complete the job, including making a trip to pick up a part. James explained what he was doing, ensured all connections were sound with no leaks, and cleaned up after himself. The finished job is clean with minimal pipes used under sink, allowing more room for storage of dish soap, etc. High 5 Plumbing and James are highly recommended, would definitely call this company again. You may find cheaper plumbers out there, but the peace of mind for a job done right is worth the price.

He found the leak in no time, and was able to repair it. He did an excellent job, and did not waste any time. I am so glad I called him and would do so again, if and when I have more plumbing needs.

The plumber, James Herrick, was honest, friendly, competent, and analyzed the problems correctly. I would definitely use this company again. He installed an inside water main turn off valve, replaced an old clogged pipe, and replaced an old trap system. We were very pleased with his work.
