Very professional, courteous, prompt and helpful service from everyone I dealt with in the company. They even advised me that the replacement of the part needed on our water heater should be under warranty, which I hadn't even thought of. Once I confirmed with the manufacturer that it was, they provided me with a very reasonable adjusted cost, did all of the footwork to locate it, pick up the part, fill out all the necessary warranty paperwork, and return the defective part to the supplier. The repair was completed very timely and thoroughly, including a maintenance flush, which was outside the scope of the repair.

I think i was overcharged $280 for a sewer line cleanout. I was quoted less from others. Closing in a week so just paid to have it done. Scheduler also said they would do rooftop cleanout when plumber got there he said they were not allowed to.

Keep me apprised of the work needed.

These people were wonderful to work with. They were honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done, scheduling was a breeze and the work was of good quality. It was an overall great experience.

Jeff Long showed up (on exact time) & he was so professional looking, thought he was actually the owner! Showed him the outside faucets I was concerned about. He agreed w/the front one but was honest with me to 'teach' me the correct way to put the attachment on when the swamp cooler is set up. He wore booties in the house & so appreciated it cuz I just has creamed color carpet put down in the basement! He went to valve box & taught me the 3 different 'handles' (lol) & even labeled them w/a sharpie (previous owner lied to me about them). Jeff knew he just needed to turn off the one valve for the faucet but talked to me about the main water line. I could have let it go. I have over years had big trust issues & although I still had 2 more companies coming to give estimates, Jeff was kind, didn't talk down to me as if I was stupid, talked to me as the professional in his field, knowing I was the lay person. He didn't force anything on me that would make me skeptical, so decided right then to hire him. He needed to go out to the street to turn off the main valve to the house & wasn't able to! I called the Aurora Colorado water company & they told me he wasn't allowed to, only the city could. (So if you live in Aurora Colorado be aware that you have to make appt w/city before hiring a plumber!!!). This whole matter took a lot of time especially if Jeff had other customers to get to. What an inconvenience but Jeff was patient and tolerate of the situation. He went ahead & did the faucet issue & told me to call when the city came out after I made an appt w/them. Two days later the appt was set up by the city & they said the plumber HAD TO BE there at the say time! Called Jessica at High 5 & said Jeff would be there. Then later that day, Jessica called to say Jeff was running behind & she knew my anxiety issues & assured me Dave the co-owner would be there at the exact time needed, which he was! Then water company showed up (bit late), got the water turned off; Jeff showed up to get the rest of the job done with redoing the pipe line & new handle for the main line so it was all in current standards. It was accomplished in a more efficient manner than I expected!!!! This (poor) company had to deal w/this crazy lady, the city of Aurora & did so in a completely positive, professional, friendly, patient, understanding way and so much more!!! And------------Jeff didn't leave one mark on my cream colored carpet!!!!!!! Definitely a company that is reliant and so, so, so very tolerate and understanding. High 5!

The technician Jeff Long arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. I appreciated him placing protectors on his shoes every time he came in the house. He provided options for resolving the problem and when I made a decision proceeded to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Very satisfying to work with skilled professionals.
