The young man is considerate, friendly and professional

He was polite and curteous. He knew what he was doing. I couldn't have asked for more. He did a great job.

Tech was right on time, courteous and neat. He made some mistakes during repair that caused damage to an unaffected pipe, but did not charge for the additional labor. Original estimate was for 1.5 hours completion time, but took appx 4 hours to complete. During our initial contact with High 5, we were told all parts necessary were on board their trucks. However, the tech had to make two trips to a supplier to get the proper parts for the job, adding to the completion time. The finished repair looks like a complete mess, not very professional, but so far is holding. We will leave area exposed for 30 days just to make sure. The tech was forthright in taking the blame for causing himself extra work and did take an $25 off of the estimate for our trouble. So pretty much a mixed bag.

Great professionalism and customer service by technician and office personnel. Used them for two projects and they were always on-time, explained what they were doing every step of the way and full explanation of options and costs. I highly recommend them.

I called and Michael came right out. He was extremely professional and found the leak ( up two stories ) and fixed the problem. I will certainly have them again and recommend them. Michael did a great job!! And I'm happy to have someone we can trust to do a good and not rob you. Nancy S.
