Jason Bandy was the professional from High 5 who came to my home. He was the only one (of the 3 I called) who lit the water heater, let it run a cycle, and watched what it did. He told me he could repair the existing water heater, but reminded me it was 12 years old, so I decided to have it replaced. Thank you Jason!!!!

Great job negotiating code requirements with Lakewood. Poor planning on required hole in wall led to last minute change which made much extra work for me and left my workshop in a mess. Final walk through was hurried. Water heater looks good & works well so far.

Friendly and professional service. Cost higher than I expected, but pleased with results. Would recommend and use again.

500 plus for a new garage disposal way higher than expected

Wish could give a zero if this was an option so other people would not get gouged when it came to what they charged.

I was misled and overcharged. I was told the business uses American Standard fixtures but the toilet installed was an off brand with low rating. The charge of nearly $1000 for less than 2 hours work was excessive. No shutoff between the toilet and water line was installed even though there was one there on the old toilet. Upselling of a useless "Membership" was attempted and I have yet to receive an itemized copy of an invoice. I would advise any homeowner to use a different plumber and would recommend that this company be dropped from HomeAdvisor.

Really happy with the quality of the work but the price seems a little higher. Example, i paid $160 to replace a shower head that I bought on my own... $160? To me it should have been no more than $40

Fast, friendly, and efficient

Did a very good job of fixing the issue. Jason was great to work with. Very knowlegeable, professional, courteous, and considerate. But the cost was a bit high. Am sure most plumbing is expensive, but still expensive.

I appreciated that High 5 was willing to come out to look at the project and provided a free written estimate. Two of the other companies we called just told us a general estimate over the phone. This wasn't a standard kitchen faucet install. Their pricing was mid-range of all the estimates we received. Dennis did good work.

My experience with High 5 was very good. I had a leak from a copper pipe above my downstairs ceiling above the kitchen that wasn't in a very accessible location. As a business owner, I was impressed with the company structure, their preparedness and their use of technology. As a home owner I felt very comfortable with Jordan in my home and I felt like he truly cared and enjoyed his job. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them in the future!

Was able to do the job without delay which was good, we had a leaking pipe in the basement. A little costly but fixed the problem.

although not unexpected, got a sales pitch for a new hot water heater from the beginning. had I not done my research before hand I would likely have gotten a second opinion.. which likely would have cost me more money

They were on time and cleaned up after the job was done.i gave a good review of this company, but beware. They had an advertisement on KOA radio that they would give $100.00 off on a $400.00 job. Long story short, I had to mention the ad at time of estimate I guess. Was told didn’t qualify for discount even tho bill was over $1000. Very deceptive practice for a company. Wonder how many other customers they have done this too in the month of October!
