Excellent service with a qualified pro! Too expensive

We had High 5 come out for something we were struggling to do ourselves. We were quoted for a very competitive price and treated better than I think we ever have from a company we’ve hired. Highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend hi five plumbing. The customer service was excellent. I was informed as to what would be done and the cost of the project. They were affordable and reasonably priced.I was very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use high five plumbing again.

High 5 came out to replace a couple outdoor spigots and did a quick diagnostic on our whole house. A few more things were added to the list to take care of but we only chose to replace one extra valve due to cost. I will have them back out to take care of the other two items found at a later date. Thanks guys!

The plumber was honest and told me what I really needed to have done to fix the problem. He didn't try and sell me a new garbage disposal that I really didn't need. I appreciate that. He also found a $25 coupon towards my repair that helped towards the total bill due. He was friendly, prompt and very professional.

I hired High 5 to take a look at a free spinning hot water handle on a bathroom faucet. The tech was a nice enough guy and the estimate was free but he informed me that I need a new faucet set and it would cost over $850. I decided to give it a try myself as that seemed a bit steep and I could always get them back out to the house if I ended up destroying something. I alone managed to get it apart, diagnose it and re-set a screw that came loose within 40 minutes for ZERO dollars. Now it works great. To be fair, they gave me a free estimate and did not pressure me whatsoever. I think if you have a genuine need, they seem very capable. I can't say whether they just didn't realize the problem was so simple since my faucets are apparently a little different, that it wasn't worth their time to perform that sort of fix, or they felt like they could squeeze some extra money out of me but... either way, I could have dropped a very unnecessary $850+. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt chalk it up to an honest misdiagnosis for this one but I don't believe I will be giving them a call again.
