We contracted with High Five Plumbing to purchase and install a 40 gallon water heater to replace a 21-year-old unit. Our experience with the company was terrific. Members of the office staff were cordial, helpful, and professional, providing options and information, following-up on appointments, etc. Caleb, who installed the water heater, is a real pro and a good guy who answered all our questions and provided a thorough explanation of the various services offered by High Five. Things didn't work out the first day, but they were back first thing the next morning to make it right at no charge. Fabulous customer service. The job is top notch and they want top dollar.

The sinks that they replace the plumbing on do not drain and the shower that they replaced the cartridge does not get hot anymore.

I don't really know how to rate the value for money on this job. High 5 wasn't the cheapest estimate I had, but I liked their reviews. What I do know is that High 5 performed exactly as they advertised. The office sent me a picture of the technician (ST) and confirmed the appointment. I was informed when the technician was on his way. ST arrived at the early end of the window, was polite and pleasant. He answered all my questions and, when space permitted, allowed me to watch and explained as he went. ST knew his work and did it! The work was completed for the pric and in the time the technician quoted. He was respectful of my home and careful in his work. He cleaned up after himself and hauled away the debris. ST gets an A+ from me and HIgh 5 Plumbing is at the top of my list! I have already recommended their services to a friend!

This company is bonafide. Not cheap, but their work is great and their team is amongst the nicest Iâ ve met. Follow ups are prompt, as are trips for the unexpected!

Great personalities in the 2 workers I encountered. First guy did not determine the issue but worked to clear a clog in the line that turned out to not be there. That was a substantial bill for work not needed. Second guy identified and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. There was no charge for the second visit, which was great.
