The service team kept in touch regarding arrival time so I knew what to expect. The technician Jonathan worked quickly and efficiently. He had a water heater on the truck and was able to complete the work same day, unlike 2 other companies I got quotes from. While I was shocked at what water heaters cost these days, High 5's price was very competitive with the other bids.

My wife hire them to fix the clog issue and they charged us $314.44 to fix it and told us there will be warranty if it happen again within 1 month. The clog occurred again 5 days later. We made an appointment with them and they did not make it and change it to different time. Finally they came and told us this is a mainline issue and they will charge us $399 to fix it or $899 to analyze it. I found another company to fix it with $36.

It has been a pleasure doing business with High 5 Plumbing! I've had them out to do some type of work on 3 different occassions since Dec. 2020. Every time - office staff coordinating the work are friendly, informative and keep you informed along the way. CJ was very thorough and went over all options to assist with making the right decision for today's issue. The prices quoted were very reasonable. Justin and Kalab came out to complete the work needed and were phenomenal!! Once work was complete, Justin showed me everything and answered any questions. I can't say enough good about this company - from the office staff to the techs - a wonderful company and wonderful people to do buisness with when things aren't going right!! They truly take some of the "Ah man" out of your plumbing issues.

They fixed my A/C unit quickly, when I was scared it was going to have to be replaced.

The quote was extremely high and 3 times higher than what Home Advisor quoted. The sales pitch for other products including their preferred client program was over the top. When we told him that we were going to pay his service fee 49.00 that I paid and find someone else, he still wanted to leave the company literature. I called the company after he left and was told that their fees are more expensive than other plumbers because they guarantee their work. Waste of time and trip fee.

Cost just to run a snake in the toilet is high at $160. That just to snake the toilet, not any part of drain below the toilet.

Customer service was great, that is why we hired them. After the Tex left the leak was worse then when they arrived. We had to shut the water off. When I called the next day I was told the best possible job was done. Then received an estimate to rebuild the tank of $600.00. Re build a tank? And an estimate for $800.00 to replace. We can go buy a new toilet for a lot less than that. Needless to say, will not call for them ever again.

The technician Josh Moya was very polite, knowledgeable, and fast. We will definitely request him for the next job.

Efficient, effective, excellent

I hired High Five Plumbing repair a sink faucet, the length of time that they were here they charged me a $700 fee, they were only here for 3 hours which only included an hour of actually working on the sink, I feel was really over charged since no new parts were installed
