Henderson House Studios undertook a detailed intake, provided us with beautiful renderings, and a sustainably sourced products list! We live in another state so we took the design from there and ran with it! Our house is now a home thanks to Chelsea and Henderson House Studios!

I needed help addressing space issues I was dealing with in areas of my home, as well as an overhaul of my home office space. I work from home and had yet to figure how to make my space "mine". Chelsea listened to my needs and worked within my budget to strategize solutions. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, even though I needed some help finding the words at times, and never made me feel pressured or tried to upsell. I appreciate that I was able to work with a professional designer without having to dive into a complete renovation of my home and/or a major cost. Being a small business owner can be overwhelming. When I moved into a new space that was larger than any I had previously worked in on my own, I was a bit stuck on how best to get the everything setup and put together so I could get to work. Since the budget I had for outfitting my new salon was not huge, and I already had some furniture and decor I wanted to use from my previous space, I wasn’t sure that hiring a designer would be a good fit for me. But the experience I had working with Henderson House Studios really changed my perspective. Chelsea worked easily within my budget, using vintage and upcycled things alongside the pieces I already had, to bring my salon together within a few weeks. The space not only came together in a price range that was comfortable for me, but also felt like my own immediately. My new space truly speaks to my taste and style, and is filled with interesting decor, local art, and one-of-a-kind pieces that are unique and fun. Working with a designer ended up being empowering and fun, and I am so happy I made the decision to work with HHS!

She's great, phenomenal. She listens very well and doesn't try to put her own opinion in but then once you explain everything she captures them perfectly. She had great design ideas. I can call her anytime and clarify that she is always available. She has a lot of contacts and got me into places I wouldn't been able to go by myself. She just seems to really like what she does and is very patient. I could just use her as a consultant when I need it.

Chelsea and her team at Henderson House studios did an incredible job understanding my vision for my new counseling office and finding the perfect pieces of furniture and art to fit in the space! Chelsea refurbished some gems from thrift shops with an emphasis on sustainability and paired those with a few new items. She accounted for the use of space with an understanding for how it would feel for clients and ultimately created a safe and cozy and color filled setting that would encourage any one to settle and open up their heart!
