Very well. Showed up when promised, went above and beyond in order to satisfy our requests. Left job site clean.

After having one contractor cancel and others never call back, it was refreshing to get immediate and consistent communication from Hawpe. He came out, did the quote, and came out when promised to do the fence work. The new wood and gates work great, and while he did go over the estimate by a small amount, it was still well within range of other quotes and, most importantly, he got it done and it looks great.

The folks with Hawpe 2 It were extremely professional, courteous, and engaging. The work performed on our gutters was completed in two days, and the quality is top notch. The guys performing the work took time to answer our many questions about the product, future maintenance and accommodated last minute requests for changes. I would certainly recommend and hire them for future jobs at our house.

They did an excellent job with the fence with great attention to detail. The heavy duty custom gate is exactly what I asked for. There was excellent communication throughout the project and it was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely be hiring them again.

The repairs were done quickly and without any problems. The fence looks great!! It was hard to find a contractor to do a small job on a fence and this company did a great job and I would hire them again.

The price was significantly lower than several other estimates also. I cannot write up more positive review-I would hire Ben and his team again in a second when I have another project.

Ben's estimate for the time the project would take and the cost were in line with other companies, but he did a better job of describing the materials and how the work would be done. He kept in close contact all during the project (by text and phone), and his promised start and end date were met. The end product looks very good.

Ben and his team were punctual and professional. Ben went the extra mile to find the same materials used on the rest of the house. You can't even be able tell where they replaced the damaged fascia and soffit.

Did a great job and the new fence looks wonderful. They always showed up when they said they would and cleaned everything up after themselves.

Ben & his team were great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable & professional, and very easy going. He arrived right on time and completed the work very quickly. Our new gate & side fence look fantastic. I especially appreciate that our job wasn't too small - I had been trying for weeks to get some of the larger groups to bid out the work but I couldn't even get a return phone call. I got a bid within just a few days of initially making contact, and had the work completed just a few days after that. I will absolutely give him a call the next time we need any fence work. Everything was great. They were responsive from giving us a quote to the install. They’re hard workers...they were here for almost 12 hour days for the two days it took for install. They also did a nice job with the cleanup. Would definitely hire them again!

Excellent! He was able to schedule me for a couple of days after we talked. I asked him if he could do this small job when he came over to give an estimate, and he was able to do it right then!. It did not take very long, his price was reasonable, and I gave him good tip. Nice guy.

We had a sixty foot section of picket fence that needed post replacement, and a gate on the side of our home that was dilapidated and needed a complete rebuild, as well as adding a section of 6' fence next to it. Ben was fast to respond to our request, diligent on scheduling a time to take a look, and got us a fast, free quote. After receiving 2 other quotes, we went with Hawpe 2 It Property Services because we felt they were the most knowledgeable regarding the gate rebuild and had experience with replacing posts. They were prompt, efficient, and had excellent quality of work. They arrived at 8:30a and completed the entire job by around 4:30p -- one day! They also cleaned up the areas/yard nicely. The crew was friendly and courteous and down to business, as was Ben Hawpe, Owner. We will definitely hire Hawpe 2 It for future projects.

Great job, quick, and professional.

The work the company did was sloppy and unprofessional. Of the 4 corners, only one was aligned. The tops of the pickets did not follow a straight line but meandered up and down in waves. A number of the 4x4 posts were not aligned. One section of pickets was placed so far above the top 2x4s that within a week the pickets were warping. Some of the screws which were supposed to attach the pickets to the 2x4s missed the 2x4s entirely. They cut through the internet cable to a neighboring home when digging post holes. People in neighboring houses complained that their existing fences were not properly reattached to the new fencing. Some of the materials were sub standard. The fence was to be torn down and replaced in sections to minimize the inconvenience for the people in adjoining yards. This was done initially with the first section but the company advised me that they were renting a machine that would dig a post hole of the exact size required in about one minute so they were going to tear down all of the fencing and would be able to replace it in a couple of days. They brought in a riding machine on caterpillar treads that tore up my yard and damaged bushes and never managed to dig a single acceptable post hole – everything had to be redug by hand. People in the neighboring houses became very irate as the days drug on and their animals and small children could not go out into their back yards. The laborers the company hired showed up later each morning and disappeared from the job site for hours at a time until they were finally fired. When I contacted Mr. Hawpe to complain about the quality of the work, he offered to trim the tops of the pickets to try to approximate a straight line at no cost or to rebuild the worst section of the fence for $785. I hired another company to rebuild the worst section of the fence because I did not feel I could depend on Mr. Hawpe’s company to do a decent job. Among his many justifications for the sloppy work all of which were based on his contention that any problems were my fault was, “That’s what happens when you don’t get a permit”. Apparently this company feels no need to abide by construction standards unless they are closely supervised.

It was a pleasure working with Ben and Wyatt. They were both very professional, punctual, and they were able to get my fencing installed on short notice. I liked the installation so much that I have since had them work on other projects at my rental property and well.

Ben called immediately. He set up an estimate and he listens,gathering all details. He purchased his materials with the deposit I gave him. Delivered the materials as stated. He started the job earlier than I anticipated which I was thrilled about. I was not there to see his work so he sent me pictures as he progressed and explained all that he was doing. He was responsible, professional, courteous, punctual, all with a fair price. His work is excellent and his work ethic to be admired. It is my hope that he is available to do projects that come up in the future. He will be the first one I call. He is well versed in many aspects of repair. I can say that my fence is beautiful and exactly what I had dreamed to put in many years ago but couldn't afford. He is that type of individual you want to see succeed as he is very motivated and a hard worker that takes great pride in all he does.

He was very very efficient and stuck very close to his timeline. The weather turned bad but he still worked even though it was ice cold outside. He cleaned up very good, too, and I really appreciated it! He had good helpers, too.

It went very well. They did a very thorough, neat job. They're very cooperative. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and I was very satisfied with them.
