They were very responsive, got me into their schedule very quickly. The cleaning job was excellent and very thorough. This was the best carpet cleaning we have ever had! I will hire them again for sure!

My carpets are the cleanest they have ever been! Marc did a great job. He got out spots that have been there for years that no other carpet cleaner has been able to get out. He may be a little more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for! I am very happy with his service and will definitely use him again.

I think they did a pretty good job on it. They were friendly and professional. We would use them again. They did a better job than any other carpet cleaners company we've had.

I contacted Hawkeye and promptly got a very reasonable quote to clean my area rug. They offer off-site cleaning, and all I had to do was leave the rug rolled up on the front porch. It was picked up when they said it would be, and they called to arrange delivery when it was ready (on time). Since I didn't feel the need to meet my rug delivery, they just dropped it off, well wrapped in plastic with an invoice. I paid over the phone. This couldn't have been easier, and my rug was so clean!

Very happy with this Hawkeye. This carpet cleaner communicated well, showed up when expected, and did a very good job. We've had the carpet cleaned several times in the past years - but not like this. This company got wine stains out of our light carpet which were here when we bought the place! Why couldn't the other cleaners do that? The company followed up with me about 10 days after the job was done. I had already managed to stain it again. They said they would come out or they also recommended a carpet cleaner solution for my small stain. Nice follow up! I will most definitely use this company again!

They are the best carpet cleaners in the world. He is incredible and he does an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.
