Description of Work: Andrew is my go-to guy for plumbing needs!! I purchased my first house in August, and while new to me, a 50 year old house comes with its share of issues. Andrew has fixed a bunch of plumbing related items for me- some line issues, bathroom fixes and installing a water line for an ice maker (installing it the CORRECT way, with a proper shut-off, not the way some tech from the appliance delivery place with install it). He is prompt, courteous, friendly and reliable! And the prices are reasonable!!

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreFirst of all, another plumber came out and told me that he couldn't unclog my basement drain and they would have to break out the concrete floor to fix it. I heard from a neighbor about Havens Plumbing so I called them for another opinion. They were very prompt and managed to clean the drain that the other plumber said was impossible and only charged me $100. They were polite and professional at all times and seemed totally honest and competent.
Description of Work: They responded on time as they said they would and, after looking things over, the senior guy gave me a report and said that he thought my basement drain simply needed cleaning. then he left and the second man proceeded to clean the drain. I couldn't believe it when he came up 45 minutes later and said that he was all done.
