+ 2 moreHe never completed the work. Most of what he did do had to be dismantled. Neither of the two retaining walls was completed. After it rained, there were cracks in the cement and dirt coming out from under the flagstone.
Description of Work: I contracted with him to do $2,700 worth of landscaping work. He laid flagstone and was supposed to have built a retaining wall, put in mulch, and build a cover for a walk-through.
