It would seem that returning customer calls is basic to the professionalism of the business. I would not hire them.

A small section of a panel had to be cut off. He fit us in between appointments and was willing to come out late if he needed to. I am so grateful for the quick response and excellent work!

Stated he was 2 weeks out which I said was ok. He lost my address etc, requested that I txt him the address again. Didnt hear from him for 5 more days! Then a text, "got busy, and missed getting back to you". "Still needing door one"? I responded, yes. That was on June 4th. Not a word from him since. what do they say about first impressions? No thx to this guy!
