The entire process was great! The stairs came out great, they look better than new. Yes, we would hire again.

He showed up at 11am which was on time and worked for 1 hour before walking off job without communication or informing me of his reasoning. I'm not sure if I somehow made him mad or upset, or if the items he was moving around may have been to heavy because he stated on numerous times that some of the things were to heavy for him. It made me think that he was not physically fit to do the work in which he signed up for.

All of their work was done professionally (with one exception, which they rectified at their expense immediately) by highly qualified people. I even have a favorite general handyman listed in their files now so that I can schedule for him when I call for the general projects.

He was very good. He was very professional and was not chatty.

Worker was very professional and nice, the work took almost twice as long as he had expected and it was getting late in the day when he was painting over the caulking, the paint lines were sloppy and uneven, he said he would come back and re-paint but I paid him in full anyway, his office called the next week and I told them, they said they will take care of it but it has been over a month now and I have not heard from them.

The original contact was probably about a month ago and a guy from the company came out and did the job about a week ago. He was skilled and he got the job done efficiently within his budget. He was good.

The work was good, the handyman was personable and very helpful. Our door hardware turned out to be somewhat difficult and he stayed with it until it worked well and looked great. The only reason I would hesitate to use these guys again is the pricing - it's higher than other A-rated companies on this list. I think it amounted to at least $100/hr. I do like that the materials are not marked up.

Everything was fantastic. We had great success with quality, craftsmanship, and timeliness. It was very good. They were generally very professional. Everything that they said was exactly upfront, it was exactly how it ended up going. There were no surprises. They just want to do a good job for us and they did. We bought all the materials. They are very good.

The closet door is back off it's rail, leak in shower is fixed, closet rack is back up and not going anywhere, I'm a believer that the price of a service (especially if it is high) should reflect the quality of the work. I saw nothing more spectacular with this handyman service than with a singly owned business. I really expected the work to be stellar in light of cost.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The person who came out was friendly, personable and able to provide a few ideas. They had to reschedule our appointment because of an emergency with the guy that was supposed to show up but they offered us a discount if we were to go with them.

I called handyman connection to look at a shower faucet issue we were having. I called them at 8am and they set up a estimate appointment for 4pm that same day. Levi was the plumber that came to our house. He was on time and looked at the issue and said he had the parts on his truck to do the job. It only took him about 40 mins to compete the job. It was done to my satisfaction. They even include a 90 day labor warrranty. I would use them again

They have a very good reputation. They have someone for a lot of different problems. They are prompt and clean. They are courtesy as well. Their are usually coupons available.

The experience was very good overall.

Overall this was a good experience although I felt like their service was a bit pricey. Their response was timely and the worker was professional. They worked around my busy schedule to complete the job.

I have used Handyman Connection twice in as many weeks to help with some repair work in a house I recently purchased. I have been very happy with the guys that have been sent over to date. I had some drywall patching in several rooms done very well, with texture matched excellently. Once the paint was on the wall you could never tell it had been patched. I also had some carpentry work done on some door jambs, heads and casings, with an entire doorway redone on a very unplumb wall partition. The work was done with great care and workmanship. I have another job this week for Handyman Connection. Highly recommended if you need a Handyman in the Denver metro area.

Came earlier then schedule and found the problem quickly and he was very professional.

They showed up. Within 15mins he identified the leak by the main knob. Fixed it when 45mins. Did a great job, showed me what was going on. Kent is his name he was great. He even called me ahead of time.

For a bath update, I called the plumbing company I use and they suggested Handyman Connection for the tile work. Our house was built in 1946 and we decided to update the main bath plumbing, wall tile and floors. Since this was an update, not a total remodel, it required working with the plumber and Handyman Connection to arrange the times when each would be done/needed and this went very smoothly due to the great communication from both companies. Handyman Connection has a central dispatcher who takes the appointments and sends the contractor out to your house. The contractor they sent me was James Dunning. After that, I communicated directly with James which was much easier since there was a lot of coordination going on from day to day. The price they quote you is labor only so you pay for the materials. This allows you to budget your costs more efficiently. You can buy the materials yourself or let them do it and pay for them. I liked this flexibility and it helped me keep costs down. What I evaluate when I hire someone to work on the house is reliability, reputation, quality and cost. The company pleased me in all these regards. Tile work requires manual labor plus creativity. The contractors ripped out the old floor down to the subflooring, fixed some molded areas, laid down the base, new ceramic tile and wood baseboard with quarter round. Everything about the floor was perfect, all the cutouts for the heat vent, toilet and curved tub look perfect. The mitered corners of the baseboard and quarter round also perfect. They also had to chip away the plaster walls around the tub/shower and replace with backerboard and drywall. The shower has a window in it and the tile work around the window is truly a work of art. In addition, to save money, we did not have the wall tile removed as it was in good shape but when the tub/bath tile was added it almost matches exactly even though the new tiles were slightly different in size. They all line up and the color is an almost perfect match. Couldn?t be happier. It is always a mess having remodeling going on in your house but the contractors that Handyman Connection sent really made things go smoothly through it all. As a bonus, the contractors were really good with our dog who insisted on supervising all aspects of the work and they made sure she was in the house if we had to leave while they were working. I was quoted a price up front and there was no deviation from that. The contractors offered to work weekends though I hadn?t expected that and they ended up not needing to. They used drop cloths through the house and cleaned up every day. They were here 5 full days. I would definitely recommend the service and use them again.

Kent called ahead and arrived on time for the job. He gave a reasonable estimate then did a complete, thorough job and had all the parts and tools he needed to complete the job quickly and professionally. He cleaned up after he completed the job and insured that the ice maker was working before he left. It was an excellent experience!
