We had a corner of our house settling and needed foundation work to stabilize the home. Complete Basement systems was one of 4 contractors that provided bids and they were competitive but ultimately were our third choice. Two main factors that kept me going with Complete Basement Systems. The first is their initial price was NOT competitive. Other contractors were including the concrete work and Complete Basement Systems expected me to pay for it. On top of that, I feel they over sold/pitched a solution. They "recommended" 3 helical piers and 18' of angle iron along one wall of my house. Of course such a solution would force me to rip out my entire front porch which I would have to pay extra labor for and also pay for the concrete to be replace. It was by far the MOST invasive and expensive recommendation. They did offer a cheaper 2 pier solution that was more in line with some of the other quotes. I just didn't like that they somewhat pushed a solution that was most likely overkill for the situation. To their credit, they were NOT high pressure. They simply emailed the recommendations and quotes and then followed up via phone/email. They also offered to throw in concrete work AFTER I pressed them on pricing, so make sure you get competitive bids. I'm confident they would have done a good job, however, if I would have hired them.

Complete Basement Systems successfully brought my basement slabs back to level and helped mitigate potential water sources due to some erosion under my front patio. Very happy with their customer service, professionalism and ability to complete the job.

Complete Basement Systems had to remove work done by a less than reputable contractor and start from scratch. The price was off the grid, but we are confident that now the job is done right. If I had started with Complete Basement Systems to begin with, I would have saved time, money and stress. Go with who you know!

The crew showed up on time, they were very conscientious of making sure that they kept all areas clean. They did a great job sealing the crawl space and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. We would recommend them and work with them again.

I am so happy with the work performed by Complete Basement Systems. I wish that they also finished basements because I would definitely work with this company again. The estimator not only provided an accurate estimate, but he also pointed out potential problems with the concrete in my basement. He provided multiple options on how to resolve the leak I had in my basement. I was very comfortable choosing the option to install a sump pump. The employees that installed the sump pump not only arrived on time, but were very professional. They confirmed the job at hand before starting the work. They also went through the trouble of digging underneath my concrete sidewalk to install the pipe to lead the water outside of my house to my front yard. I am very happy with the work that complete basement systems has done and would definitely call them if I needed a sump pump installed in another home that I purchased in the future.

Contract was signed on 1/21/2020 and scheduled for June 2, 2020 leaving my finished basement in disarray for 5 months. After submitting a review I was immediately contacted by the team leader Scott ensuring that a new date would be arranged for completion of the work. On 2/19/2020 2 efficient employees (Jessie & Juan) were at my home taking care of the project. I am extremely grateful to Scott and his team for expediting the job completion. I will recommend Complete Basement to family & friends! Thanks You Scott!

Great. Sealed crawl space then had evidence of more activity and they returned to complete the job. No more issues since. Space is now clean and spotless.

Excellently. They protected our lawn from their excavating equipment, and wore clean suits when entering or leaving through our house. They hand carried a fair amount of materials down to our crawl space in affecting the repairs.

The work was done quite well and very quickly. When I saw how few man hours were required to complete the job, I concluded that I had paid too much. The profit margin on my job must have been enormous.

They assessed the issue and found that it was not necessary to do a repair and charged me nothing for the service call. Very professional.
