Ryan Headrick and Gabriel Mata from Groundworks did an amazing job polyfoam lifting multiple large concrete slabs in our basement and restoring a level floor that seemed to be almost a lost cause. They went above and beyond my expectations, caulking the perimeter of an exterior slab and sealing additional cracks to prevent future water intrusion. They were communicative and professional during the entire job, consulting with me as needed to ensure we were on the same page with the work to be performed. I won’t hesitate to recommend Groundworks in the future.

They just completed lifting my garage floor using ‘foam’.The lifting didn’t exactly go as planned, a lot of the concrete was stuck to the side wall and parts of it was not able to be lifted. This was one of the risks mentioned during the evaluation. They otherwise did a very good job and tried to lift back into the original height. They also sealed off all of the cracks and the edges to prevent any water damage. Hopefully it stays this way and I don’t need to rely on the warranty. Thanks!

Mike Gold was great! Very professional and communicative. Mike came to check our crawlspace since we had water. Although Groundworks couldn’t help since the water was from above ground not underground. My fault! He was generous enough to help me find the issue. Sump pump check valve. He went over and above to help me with my issue of water in the crawl space. Will definitely use Groundworks if and when I need them for the correct job!!

Description of Work: I didn't have them do the work. i got a ridiculously over inflated bid. 'Salesman' tried to sell me products I didn't need or want. Claimed that all their fees were 'standard' across the board yet when I told him it was well out of my budget he almost cut it in half. Then said he would match other bids. Poor business practice in my eyes.

Description of Work: We had some challenges scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the company did a great job working through the challenges and scheduling me as quickly as possible. The consultant was timely, professional, and a huge help. I ended up not needing any work done when I thought I was going to be spending twenty grand. I could not be happier with this company.

Description of Work: I called in Oct and they couldn't come out until Jan. We wanted and they Never gave a bid, told us to get a Engineer for sill joist. Got them fixed and still never gave us a bid to fix our issues. Called them at least 4 times for price. Said would call Lucas. The crazy thing is they called us every few weeks to ask if we want service.... We say yes give us a bid. Our scoop of work is far less than there TV commercial.... They have wasted several month of time for us.........

Description of Work: Rod Martin's Complete Basement Systems of Colorado and a Structural/Civil Engineer gave me a bid to set 11 exterior Helical Piers and 2 interior Beams to support the old brick walls and floors on a 1927 Bungalow in the University Park area. In my opinion they did a very professional job.

Description of Work: Installed a drain trench between driveway and garage to fix water draining into basement. Product and plan was good, price was fair. Work crew did a pretty good job but left an odd saw cut in my driveway. Inquiry emails were unanswered.

Description of Work: They were timely, nice and delivered the estimate on time. The price was just way too high for us. Was the price worth what was provided, no we did not feel it was. There were also some high pressure tactics from the office.
