+ -1 moreHis name is James Riley and he lives about 4 blocks from me, which is really great. He is coming out next week. We have been in this house about 20 years and I think we met James about 10 years ago.
Description of Work: We had a big basement back up and my carpets were wet. He came out here like at 10:00 at night and he didn’t leave till 1:00 in the morning.

+ 0 moreHe is excellent. He is also a wonderful Christian family man. He does not take advantage of people, which is nice. He knew my husband, and I see him every now and then. He is really a good person.
Description of Work: He came out to fix a sewer line that backed up. It backed up all the way into our basement.

+ -1 moreJames checked the drains. He also asked me up front if he could scope from the speaker to look for water in advance along with a quote. Come to find out that the leak was the result of bath water splashing into HVAC.
Description of Work: I called James after getting a referral to contact him. I thought I had a leak from the shower upstairs as water was coming through the surround sound system.
