Not enough time or space here. I am not one to leave reviews, but want to save other people a lot of drama and problems. If you care about your house, don’t use this company.

It was a pleasure working with Jose and Dave. They arrived on time for appointments and completed the install on time. We are very happy with our beautiful granite countertop! Their price was better than any other quote we got too. And to top it off, they demonstrated GREAT customer service when I asked them to come back and trim a bit off to widen the fridge opening. I offered to pay them to come back since it was not their fault. They came back, trimmed the countertop and didn't ask for any payment. I definitely recommend Granite Innovations!!

Friendly team, great price! The quote was very reasonable verse the other quotes receive, obviously i was eager for the execution because of the deal. Their response was great and work was phenomenal! Install completion happened 1-wk after quote which i thought was great as well! I definitely would recommend and utilize their services again!

Great! Jose and his team were very professional, positive, nice people that I enjoyed working with. He contacted me immediately, which was appreciated. Follow up was a little harder though. He was still good at reconnecting, but I had to initiate more follow up to double-check that we were still on for certain time points, although he always responded well to that and answered whenever I called. I greatly appreciated his work, the price was excellent, and their professionalism was outstanding.

Jose and Leo are extremely professional, punctional, and talented craftsman. I highly recommend using Granite Inmovations for Quartz/Granite counter and backsplash kitchen upgrades.

Jose and his brother did an awesome job. Not only did Granite Innovations beat their competitors on pricing, but they also finished the job quickly after I picked out the slab of granite. They were able to turn around and complete the project in less than 1 week. I even had other general contractors come to my house and tell me that the work they performed deserves an A rating. I am very happy with the results and would hire them for future projects.

I would recommend Jose and his brother to anyone. My island countertop and the replaced granite piece are beautiful. They even worked around my schedule. The original delivery of the sink I ordered online came damaged so they had to wait for its second delivery. Great, honest, quick service and response. It took 6 weeks to get the granite countertop installed in my bathroom by a well known company. Within 2.5 weeks, Jose had the island countertop installed and used the old island granite to replace a cracked piece in front of my kitchen sink (with sink issues). I will have them back to install another granite countertop in my basement soon. I am so glad I found them.

They came and repair counter tops that another company mess up. They did a awesome job. They went above and beyond. They did awesome with they stain that the other company did. highly recommend them. Their were prompt and kept you in the loop if any problem came along.

There were many communication problems with this job. Jose was a very polite business person and even came out to our home multiple times to get the correct measurements. However once we booked the job, the wrong slab of granite was fabricated to fit our kitchen. Jose took responsibility for this but it did push back our installation date so we could get the correct slab. Also I work in the insurance industry and required that Jose show me a certificate of Insurance before the job was completed. The certificate showed up and I was happy with it. However the insurance company contacted me a few days after the job was completed and told me that the check for the insurance had bounced so there actually was ZERO insurance in place. That was frustrated to hear. Overall the price was good and Jose seemed professional enough the award him and granite innovations the job. I would probably not use them again just because of the communication issues and most importantly NOT having general liability insurance.

They did a good job. I saw on another review a customer posted on Angie's List they were dissappointed with the fact that the provider did their countertop with a seam. I asked them to try not to do a seam and they said they would TRY considering the size of granite vs the size of the space. They made it happen! No seam. I initially called them for the master vanity and had them do that, then the kitchen and the powder room. Obviously these types of reviews were helpful to me, hopefully it will be to others. Their biggest downfall is promptness. They would say they would be there at 11 and show up at 3. I got used to it and would plan for it. With the value of their services it was worth it for me.

It was okay. I liked that they were willing to work with us on picking up the granite, they met with us at their shop and were helpful in that. The work turned out okay, it was good but not okay.

We had to unhook and install the faucet ourselves There was an extra charge for them to remove the old sink and counter we didn't know about ahead of time. Love the new counter and sink. Install went very smoothly. They were in and out quickly. Very courteous. No problems.

The project went slowly, but that didn't matter to me as the bathroom remodel was moving slowly as well. Very courteous and accommodating in a custom piece. The price was a lot higher than I expected.

Very nice, they were busy so they didn't respond to some of my emails, but besides that they did a really good job.

That didn't work out so well. When we went to see the guy, he lost the key to his shop and couldn't get inside. He advertised that he had about 50 of the granite to choose from. We ended up going around the back into a bone yard, where their dumpster is and the granite is up against their fence. He said "well we got this to choose from and this to choose from and this to choose from" and they're all the same. It was horrible. So, I decided to give them a shot at one of them and he came out to the house and did some measurements. He gave me a window when he could be here and then he didn't show up. It got worse and worse and he said he would give my money back. I haven't seen it yet. I have gone to his shop twice and both times, he didn't have the key to get in. He was definitely fly-by-night. When they advertised it on Angie's list he said they had 50 granites to choose from and there was actually only four and it was four low grade granites. He told him to meet him at the shop and I went to the shop to meet him. This is in Brighton. I go to his shop in Brighton and he said "I'm over at I-25 in Colorado." He was at least an hour away. But, he was very friendly.

We had a relatively short time frame to get the work done in time for a party, but Granite Innovations was able to squeeze us in and complete the work on the day they originally estimated. I had a specific granite color in mind, but Arturo brought in a sample that was completely different--his recommendation looked better than my idea, and a bonus was that it was less expensive. We had one large L-shaped piece that they were going to install in 2 sections but were able to do it in one. We greatly appreciated the extra effort to do that (and to muscle it into the house)--it all looks wonderful.

It took a bit of time for the company to come to the house for measurements and for me to pick the granite sample. Weather was sketchy during this period, plus I was out of town for a period of time. Once we got together, the process didn't take very long. Installation was very quick and the counter and sink look great. I was able to get the new faucets to the company prior to delivery and installation so they could be in place on the counter to help with easier access of hooking up the water to the sink. Overall, the product was produced and delivered to our satisfaction.

Jose and his crew arrived at the time scheduled for the installation of the counter tops. His crew removed the old counter top in the kitchen with no issues. As they were beginning to install the counter top, there was going to be an issue with how it was going to fit in the window area. It was decided to raise the counter top up 1 1/2" to account for this issue. This was a set back, because my boyfriend had to get the material to fix this issue and ended up having to make a couple trips to the store to get the right materials. In the meantime, Jose and his crew began working on the removal and installation of the counter top in the bathroom. After fixing the issue, the remainder of the installation in the kitchen went well. They were able to finish the installation and drill the holes for the new faucet. However, they had to return the following day to finish the bathroom--drill the hole for the new faucet, as well as seal/caulk around the installed counter top. They were going to call me by noon the next day to set up a time to come by; however, they did not. I ended up calling them and they were on another job and they could get over later that afternoon (around 5:00 pm) or schedule it for the sometime the next week. I wanted the work done so I told them it had to be that afternoon.

We had some guests coming on Saturday so we requested Jose to perform this work on a short notice. He and his dad, in spite of their busy schedule, came to out house at 7 pm in the night and performed quality work and as promised. For this, we are very thankful to them. We certainly will use Granite Innovations in future and will refer them to others as well.
