Description of Work: Jose, the owner, was very busy, but we eventually were able to set-up an appointment for him to come measure my bathroom & for me to select a granite remnant for my bathroom vanity. Jose visited my premises for the measure and to show his available samples. None of his several samples complemented my bathroom decor. I then went to his location in Brighton to look for a granite remnant that would complement my bathroom decor and found none. Jose was very nice and professional, but his limited currently available granite remnant selection did not meet my needs.

Description of Work: Removed tile countertop in bathroom. Cut and installed new granite countertop and sink. Vendors were responsive to telephone calls, listened to our needs, and performed as expected. They were very friendly and professional. They called to let us know when they were coming or if there were delays. They cleaned up well after completing the work. There was slight damage to a mirror, but I don't know that it was avoidable. Overall, we are pleased.

+ 0 moreIt went well. We benefited in that they also put in free of charge the backsplash behind the countertop. They had to put the work back one day because of another client taking longer than expected, but it didn't inconvenience us at all.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal and they installed a granite countertop. They also removed an existing countertop.

+ 0 moreArturo and Jose came to my house and brought samples of granite that were part of the deal. I chose which one I wanted. The next week the installed the bathroom countertop. They do not work with plumbing, so I needed to hire someone else to install the faucet. The countertop looks great.
Description of Work: Arturo and Jose put a new countertop on my bathroom vanity. It looks great and everything went well. They did call when they were delayed at a previous installation. I felt the price of the countertop and installation was fair. They were both a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Wow, what a disappointment!I used this company to do a rental house, everything turned out fine for $1495.A month later I asked to do my own home and they agreed to match the price(5 times), somehow the price at delivery jumped $600 to $2,100.To make things worse, they cut the main slab in half to make hauling easier for themselves. Now I have 3 seams in the main slab, The day before delivery, they called and offered to charge $200 extra to do it right and not cut the extra seam..... After looking at this extra seam for a week, I decided to share their level of professionalism by paying to join this site. No invoice, no bid, no paper-work, nothing to fall back on. nothing! After paying considerable down payment to buy the slab, I was over a barrel, now, I feel taken advantage of. I will not use this company again, nor are going to be referred

+ 0 moreI was referred to Granite Innovations by another Angie's List provider. My kitchen sink separated from the granite counter and fell into the cabinet space below. This was due to a poor installation by the previous homeowner. I called Jose and he responded immediately. They came promptly. The work took about two hours and was done efficiently and with expertise. They refitted the stainless steel sink with a strong epoxy (as it should have been done by the original owner) and I am confident it is now secure. Although my order was for a small refitting job I would call Jose and Arturo (his father) if I needed to have granite counters installed. I felt their charge was fair, based on their quick response and expertise in solving my problem.
