Granite & Marble Designs LLC were real punctual and it was easy to get a quote from them. They did a really nice job. They were time with everything. They gave me responses when I needed it. The quote was real accurately and individualized for me. I liked that. The guy I worked with on the quote was pretty professional. When they did the work, they were pretty rough on my drywall. When they installed my ceramic tile back splash, they took some huge chunks out and left a hole in one area that I had to fix later.

Competitor did the same job for $2,000 even.

Excellent service, period! Sean was responsive, covered all the details, measurements were taken once, patterns made and granite installed. We couldn't be happier and will look to use them again. Our neighbors wanted to see the end result after the install and two have already called for in-home estimates.

After signing contract, met with shop foreman to layout material that had lots of movement. Very helpful in orienting the slabs formaximum effect. They helped with the sink purchase and if needed could provide expert references for sink plumbing.

Shawn Smith met me at a granite showroom and helped me pick out my granite. I received several estimates and they were one of the lowest. Installers did a excellent job. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They have good ratings with BBB and Angie's list. I would use them again.

I have to give my review in three different stages. First, my interaction with Mike was great. He came to the house, was professional and gave me an estimate for the requested work in a timely manner. He helped locate a less expensive sink that would work well for our project. My interactions with him here positive. Next, the workers arrived on time for the job. When they saw the job, they seemed to be surprised by what was agreed would be done. There seemed to be serious lack of communication between the worker and the office. I was highly unimpressed at this point. I should not have been put in the middle of the workers and the office. To be honest, I have never had an experience to this degree before. Again highly unimpressed. After the workers spoke with the office, it was agreed that the work would be done as scheduled. The workers worked very h****** the job. The end result was very good. We were very pleased with quality of the work. Despite the lack of communication and unprofessional experience I experienced, I was pleased in the end. This is a very mixed review which boils down to lack of communication. I can say the office was easy to work with on my end. The workers did quality work. It was the middle that was lacking. We're not sure if we would use the company again.

We were very impressed with them. The sales rep Sean, he did an awesome job and then the process of picking out the granite, that sort of thing, that worked well. We just went to the shop and we liked what we saw. They crew that put it in were just very good. And also the quality of the work was just outstanding. I will definitely use them again.

They were very professional and punctual. They provided an estimate on the spot. They were very knowledgeable.

We have purchased granite two times in the past and have learned that in addition to finding a stone you really like, the fabricator can make a big difference. Little things like stone dust falling into all the drawers and bigger things like polishing are likely the reasons you may pay a little more or less for what you get. We looked around a bit, stopped in a few places, spoke with folks over the phone, searched on the internet, read blogs, etc. It's not a small investment and not something you can easily redo. We ended up hiring Granite & Marble Designs in part because Shawn presented himself and the company so well. He arrived on time for our quote, was low-key and competently answered all our questions. He had handouts for us on edges and was clear on the costs and what we could expect....and that is exactly what happened. He pointed us to different granite locations and when the peice we selected was sold that same day he sent us to another location where I found a peice I liked even more. The template maker was on time, likable and clearly competent since when the stone came to be installed it fit perfectly. I am sure my Android phone picture will not do it justice! The installers came and stayed...and stayed...to get it right. We had a couple issues with the height of one of the base cabinets and they shimmed it and then shaved down one corner so the cabinet door next to it would not knock on it. I wouldn't have known the difference with some of what they did but they were true professionals. We chose a Black Cambrian on the counters along the edge and a Neptuna Bordeaux for our island. It looks great, it's finished fabulously, and feels good to finally have a working kitchen. We are planning on a major bathroom remodel and planning on having Granite Marble Designs back in the house to do the vanity counters. My husband and I recommend you give them a call for a quote...it's a good place to start!

Everyone was professional, thorough, and punctual. We had an estimate, measurement, and installation within 2 weeks. We are extremely satisfied.

Their quote was higher than my other quotes, but they were a contender. We went with somebody else that we knew people that used them. I had correspondence with them, and they were probably the next company in line that I could have gone with. They were very attentive. They got back with me very quickly. They were good with competitive, and they were really good to deal with.

Once we received a quote from Granite and Marble designs, my wife went to Denver, worked with Mike who helped her in the decisions for selection of granite, backsplash, sink and faucet. From that point to the install was two weeks including Thanksgiving. The install team arrived in the morning and by end of day had the entire job complete. they were very thorough with great install skills, kept the kitchen area very clean, and their clean up was very thorough. all in we are very pleased with the work of this company.

Very professional and responsive during the negotiations (they beat out three other companies on price). Punctual for all appointments, except for day delay in starting work. Met me at suppliers and helped me make choices appropriately. Thorough in doing the install; cleaned up completely. The men who did the installations were easy to deal with. I would hire them again.

Granite & Marble Designs was very professional, got back to me quickly with answers to any questions, and did excellent work at a very fair price. They helped me to find a large enough piece of granite so that I would only need one slab (big savings!) and somehow cut the slab to have only 1 seam - not sure how they worked this magic. Someone came out to make a template and he had a helpful suggestion to make one edge a bit wider to avoid an awkward gap. The installers took only 3 hours and did a great job - the counters look amazing. This was a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend Granite & Marble Designs.

I couldn't be happier! They did a beautiful job. I submitted an inquiry on their website with a description of my job and Mike called me within an hour, came out to my house that afternoon, and sent me an estimate later that day. He gave me a list of their granite suppliers and, of course, I agonized over the slab choice for a couple of weeks. Once I chose my slab, the countertop was installed about 10 days later. Tear out, including the counter, sink, fixtures, and old backsplash, and installation were all done in the same day, so the kitchen was only out of commission for a few hours. The really great part is that they managed to cut the slab so that the counter was installed in two pieces with only one very small, inocuous seam at the sink. See photos.Not only was Mike's price better than the other quote I got, but he came to my house to see and discuss the job. He didn't have to consult some manager behind the curtain every time I asked a question. I really like that I was dealing directly with the guy who can make a decision!

These guys were fantastic. Shawn in sales was great, very helpful, very responsive, The installers did a great job, quick, clean, super super job! We are going to do a large master bath remodel project next year, and these guys will be doing the counter tops on that job for sure! Great job all, thanks very much, BBQ top looks FANTASTIC!

Worked with Shawn primarily. He was extremely helpful for us granite rookies. Like everyone, we are working on a budget and Shawn did everything he could to help us out. The whole process took about 2 weeks from start to finish: Shawn came out for estimate, very helpful, explained everything in detail We went to the granite supplier and picked our slabs, great experience, very nice folks at this vendor as well Granite and Marble Designs sent a worker out to do the template, he was polite but I do not remember his name About a week later, they came out to do the install In one day, the 2 installers completely removed and installed the new counter tops. The plumber the sent was fantastic as well. He had us up and running in no time at all. We opted to have everything done for us, you can save a little money by doing your own tear out or plumbing but at the end of the day I was very happy that we had these guys do it all. We love our new kitchen and we will be using these guys again once we save up enough to do our bathroom remodel. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Granite and Marble Designs.

I wasn't sure if the new gas range would fit the existing space but just in case it didn't,I wanted to set up the "granite shaving" appointment in advance because the electrician and gas line people were coming the next day so it was important that the range fit in the space. I got an appointment on the day that I requested. This company is super accommodating and responsive. This was a small job and the service I received was beyond impressive. They returned calls promptly and sent of couple of confirmation emails to me. The work itself was perfect and I couldn't be happier. The guys that did the work knew exactly what they were doing,were efficient,professional and cleaned up the area nicely. Do not hesitate to use Granite Marble & Designs. They do fabulous work and are a wonderful company to deal with.

Granite Marble and Design makes the whole process very easy. Their website is full of information to help you make the right decisions. Shawn sent me an initial estimate and some paperwork so I could visit various granite yards for my selection and to narrow down the price. After my kitchen template was created, they requested that I visit their site to show which parts of the slab I wanted to highlight. The installation was perfect, and my kitchen looks fabulous. They also scheduled their plumber to hook up the new sink and faucet immediately after the granite installation was complete. Granite Marble and Design was extremely helpful during every step of the process. I can't think of anything they could do to improve my experience.

The installation went excellent. The template ws done approximately a week before. The installation was done about a week later (ahead of their original estimate) and looked totally a expected.

We were very pleased with Mike's professionalism and responsiveness. Also, Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the kind of granite that would best compliment the kitchen. We decided to have Mike and Granite and Marble upgrade our countertop after comparing them to several different vendors--Mike was very thorough in explaining what they would do and how they would do it. We're now working through the scheduling phase to do the install. I'll rate that experience once complete.

Two days after I called, Granite & Marble owner Michael Clifton, was at my house to work up an estimate. (I had already selected my counter top and tile.) Michael brought along other samples for me to look at as well. He arrived exactly on time (it was late Friday afternoon) and early Saturday morning I received an estimate. We negotiated a bit on price and elected to demo our existing tile counter tops ourselves. Two days later they were at my house creating the template for the counter tops and 10 days from when I first called Michael the counters were installed. The two employees who installed the counters were professional and friendly. When they left everything was cleaned up. The plumber arrived in the afternoon to rehook up the sink and the next morning the tile installer arrived at 8:00am to install the backsplash. I was amazed at how fast the process went. The subcontractors (plumbing and tile) were excellent, personable guys who arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We ended up noticing a leak under our sink and the plumber came on a Saturday morning to fix it for no extra charge. We learned a lesson in the process about plumbing. Our undersink plumbing had been redone in the past 5 years and the original estimate from Granite & Marble was to replace the fittings. We elected not to do that because the plumbing was newer. Despite that, we had some leaks which were not the fault of the plumber but because the fittings resettled and can crack simply from being unhooked and rehooked up. Our garbage disposal which was working fine also started to leak and that was from the seal being disturbed. There wasn't anyway to avoid this as it all had to be disconnected to reinstall the sink. Save yourself additional trips from the plumber by going ahead and having new plumbing fittings done when the sink is installed.

I was very happy with their work. The person who came to work was polite, prompt, knowledgeable and responsive in every way. The price was reasonable.
